If it’s not on the shelf don’t bother asking to see if they can check back stock. Most of the workers just stand in the front and watch customers use self checkout but then say their to occupied to check or that they already know it’s not in the back. Customer service goes a long way. Everytime I come here and ask for help or to see if they can check something they act like they don’t have the ability to do it.

I used to live near this location, so I would frequent it often and my have things changed. Still open late, but the parking lot is very dark. The CVS sign is out and two lamp post in the parking lot. So it looks closed and sketchy, but it’s open. It used to be one of the cleanest stores and that has changed also. Hopefully they will at least get the store lights fixed for the safety of their employees and customers alike.

Crumby experience. It’s obvious the weekend “manager” has no desire to be there and it shows when asking for assistance on something simple.

It's painfully slow to pick up prescriptions. Google Maps says the average person spends 15 minutes there. That's the minimum time to pick up a prescription. Most of the pharmacy staff continue to work on prescriptions and answering the phone, even when there's a long line.

Customer service is incredibly slow. I was told to wait twenty minutes and ended up being an hour. They did not apologize. They then got my order wrong and changed the ndc (manufacturer) for my prescription without telling me and we're trying to ring me up for three times the price. I was super bummed after waiting for an hour and left very disappointed with the service. Especially the lack of apology.

3 times now i get notified my prescription is ready. Show up and they don't have it ready and say it will be a 30 minute wait.

I wouldn’t advise getting vaccines from here, the pharmacist administered them SO SLOW- so much more painful that way for no reason! It’s part of training to go fast for a reason.

CVS is a great store, people are good too but their discounting system does not work when you have their coupons and email offers. Seems like they are cheating, they get you in the store but make you frustrated so you pay full price for items. Ripoff.

Drive thru is a disaster… should be more efficient, needs more employees or better train employees. It doesn’t matter the day time its always a ridiculous long waitChanging my prescription to a different pharmacy.

I just wanted to shout out Tasha (I think the pharmacy tech) who was working today. She was very patient and kind. One of my medicines I don't always get because it is costly but found me a great coupon to use towards it. It took a while to get it but she was very patient and didn't rush me. The Pharmacist here and techs are really kind and personable.

Absolutely ZERO stars for the male pharmacist at the drive-thru window who did not take the time to LISTEN to my question about a GoodRX coupon that should've already been on the prescription (which, if he'd taken the time to look, would've seen that it already was), but instead insisted that I had to come inside to do that, while I was actively SICK, which is why I did not come inside in the first place. This resulted in a lot of confusion and nearly 25 minutes of his coworkers' time for them to enter all the new coupon info I pulled up only to discover that yes, in fact, the coupon had already been applied, and it had to be re-entered and re-printed. Thank you immensely to the two female pharmacist/manager who assisted me with this entirely unnecessary issue created by a man not wanting to do his job, y'all were great.

Great experience on this particular day. Rashad went above and beyond to help me with a few things including my passport photo, while helping other customers at the same time. This review is based on my experience in the store, not the pharmacy or care center because I didn’t use those services during my visit.

I was gone all weekend (4th of July weekend) and my script was ready so I rushed over before their closing time 7pm on a Sunday. I arrived at 6:55pm at the drive through window to pick up my prepaid order. They already had a piece of cardboard up but I still managed to make direct eye contact with someone through the window and waved. I realized that I was not going to be acknowledged at the window so I went inside. It was 7:00 now and they had their registers up and system closed down. I had told them that I was there before 7pm but they had the cardboard up already, and was trying to tell them all they had to do was scan the barcode because my script was already paid for and ready for pickup. A worker told me “I’m not talking to you, I’m talking to him.” When I was trying to explain this! Sooo unprofessional and rude. Appreciate the guy that actually did accommodate me and chill that dude out that clearly has no type of customer service skills.

I called last week to get a refill of my medicine and I told recording what I needed and it said it would call me back on Friday if that week to tell me it was ready but the only call got back was about texting. But you know that I have automatic call back. Your recorder needs fixing and I need my meds now
