Not clear on google that you are operating by appointment only. Arrived at the location to a locked door and billboard to email. You should make it clear on google search that you are not a walk in service. Time is important to small business owners and not i have wasted mine. Will take my business elsewhere.

My company has been working with Custom Express from some time and I must say they are AWESOME! Heather, our rep has been nothing but great. We use them now for most of our embroidery and screen printing needs and they have never disappointed. We have used many contract printers before and no one comes close. Keep up the good work!!

Perhaps for larger orders they're great however, I don't think they prioritize smaller orders. I took a directors chair cover into the shop to have it embroidered, it took them SEVERAL weeks to get this “one†item ready and when I called to check the status weeks later, at first they couldn't find it and after a couple days they called to tell me it was ready for pickup. I picked up the chair cover and realized it was done wrong. I emailed to let them know and was told to bring in another one and they would not charge to embroider it. I had to PURCHASE another chair back which had to be special ordered, pay again for it and take back to have it redone properly. This time after 2 weeks this one item was complete, I went to pickup and it looked very nice, however it was put into a bag that had a wet white substance all over one side of it but I did not know this until I sat the bag on top of my leather handbag! I was so upset that I called to ask first what it was and was told by the person (Teresa or Tina) that gave it to me, she didn't know. After speaking with her for a few mins she said she noticed this all over her hands after. She placed me on hold while inquiring about what it was. She returned to the phone to tell me it was screen printing ink and she did not think it could be cleaned off of my purse. I asked her to have the owner/ management to call me back so I could discuss how to remove this and I NEVER received a call! This was 3 months ago and I have not heard back. Goes to show they don't value their customers if you aren't placing large orders. I will NEVER go back to this mom and pop shop ever again. Also the staff could use some professional development classes to help them with diversity it's apparent it doesn't exist.

First of all let me start that I started doing business with this company about two years ago and I thought they were great when they were smaller. Once they moved out of their small location and into a warehouse they have become extremely inconsistent and the last time that I came in with the same uniforms that I have been bringing they turned me away stating that now they have changed their policies and they do not take outside items. Here is were the first problem start I wished I would have received a prior notice to this and I never received an email or a letter and mind you they have all that information in their system. They stated that they now do not take outside items after I had paid the fee of embroidery and it was just so simple to order new uniforms as new employees came in. They have also changed their policy to by appointment only. As a business owner who has time for appointments I always try to use small businesses but no wonder corporate companies are running over small businesses. I will now take my business with rush order tees who have been amazing and helping me transition as I needed my uniforms as soon as possible. And to the owner good luck with your new policy you have just lost a loyal customer.

I have used Custom Express professionally for over 10 Years. I have done every type of embroidery, and screen printing they offer. I have never NOT ONCE had an issue. They deliver on time and you can't beat the quality. You do not have untrimmed backs with sloppy clean up (which I have had multiple times at other embroidery places). The prices are reasonable and they do not nickel and dime you! The art department is excellent and really work with you to get the best desired result. The customer service could not be any better. My customers always comment how much better our quality is, which makes us look great and brings us more business! I would highly recommend them.
