I have been there 3 times. I bought my new set of hearing aids at the Matthews store. They were fantastic. I have been there a total of 4times. Each time there are two or threeoldpeople just showing up no appointment needing adjustments. TodayI was one. I could not have been treated better. I am so happy. Compared to Charlotteear nose and throat where I would be billed $300 for an adjustment, not even seeing an audiologist. I cannot recommend these people more. They are the best, and I hope that you let them know about this recommendation. Thankyou. Pauline M Philip.

Do not buy their peaches. They look good, but they are mealy and have no peach flavor at all. A total waste of money. Their produce manager should try their fruit some time.

I generally love Costco and have been to this location about 50 times. Lately however, it just seems like some of the staff are less helpful and more concerned about their inconvenience. A little more southern hospitality and less southern sass please! They are definitely packing more merchandise in the store, which mean it's super crowded. You almost need IKEA opening weekend level crowd navigation skills just to make it through. I still love the products and value, but it's almost time to get an entry queue going.

Good bye Costco... I like some of your items but the unwillingness to let my daughter use my card is over the top I've never seen a place not want you to buy something.and SAMS is cheaper anyway.

Was looking through the chicken thighs in meat department and one of the workers was organizing/blocking the section. Told him one of the packages was busted open and leaking out raw bacterial fluid. He told me he didn't care and walked away....be glad I wasn't the health inspector...

I love Costco. I have for years, even though you have to pay to shop there. I think the procedure is great, I have not had any trouble with it going bad quickly. Bakery is fresh , where else can you buy Croissants for 5.00! Love all the Cheeses, such a great variety. And the price of the cheese is fantastic. Meat and Seafood always impress me, meat is higher now but it is all over. All the clothing and dry goods are high quality. I have bought appliances and even mattresses there. I guess I am a really good Costco Customer !

Recommend: YesJust visited this site with less than a week from Christmas, and on a Sunday. Though it was full of patrons, the Staff ushered the lines with expedience, courtesy and efficiency. Shelves were plentifully stocked, though nearly all of the Apple iMacs were out of stock already, the store looked clean and a buzz with thousands of people. Stood in the checkout line for less than 2 minutes so in MY book, that is a win for a mega-store like these.Forgot to buy the 'world-reNOWNED COSTCO Cheesecake'... So I need to go back! LOL.

I LOVE COSTCO. Everyone is usually very nice and helpful. From The staff at the gas pump, to the tire station, and all the associates inside the warehouse. I was having a great experience yesterday when I was there until one of the ladies that was serving was rude and totally ignored me. I was in the freezer section, looking at some burrito looking snacks. And to my surprise they were giving out samples of them at the end of the isle. I greeted her and asked if they were ready because she had them out. She just looked up at me and didn't say a word. I was literally there talking to myself for a good 15 seconds never once did she look up at me. I was the only one in front of her.

Let's be real Costco isn't anyones favorite place. It's typically crowded and your fighting people off with your cart, just all around stressful! However, I have yet to come into contact with a rude Costco employee until today. Heather was extremely rude at checkout. We went to Costco with multiple family members all different transactions and each of us had a negative experience with her.

whatever you do stay away from Costco's tire shop. Horrible service, extremely long weights, very poor installation. After $1200 of new tires, I went back the next day with a flat, a week later with another flat, all due to the installation process.

What happened to service? Costco used be all about the membership, but sadly it appears that service took a major hit over the pandemic, and it never came back. I used to love coming to Costco, but now I cringe whenever I realize I'm out of something I need. It's either out of stock or the price has gone up dramatically. Then there are the lines. More self check lanes were not the answer. I'll still come, but I'm I'm already splitting my time between Sam's and Costco so we'll just ply it by ear.

While I do like Costco's prices and products, they need to ease off shoving the executive membership down your throats at checkout. After saying "no, thank you" three times I started to get a little bit more short with the cashier, but she would not stop. I really hope that Costco goes the way that Sam's club has gone, with checking yourself out through the app. This experience has definitely made me want to wait until they do for me to come back. Managers, I know you have metrics you need to hit, but it shouldn't be at the expense of losing customers with bad experiences.

I'm here to praise the pharmacy department. I called at 6:35 to refill a prescription for my son. He's a type one diabetic so it's literally a lifesaving prescription. We were completely out so I took a chance and asked if we could pick it up right away, assuming they'd tell me no because they close at 7. The gentleman on the phone told me they had it in stock and could get it ready before closing. They went above and beyond and did it with kindness too, which is in short supply these days. Thank you so much!
