Just an absolutely terrible experience today. I went in to buy a car battery and there was no line. Apparently they couldn't figure out how to get the printer to work so I had to wait 20 minutes to buy a simple item. Just brutal.

Bought tires and had free rotation. Also had lug nuts tightened as a follow up after initial purchase. Great service all around!!

I took my car for tire rotation and they broke two of the studs on my wheels. The only explanation I got was that they broke and I will need to take the car to the mechanic to get it fixed. All the studs were perfectly fine prior to the appointment. And when I took my car for a tire repair a week before that they inspected all the wheels and don’t note any damage to the studs at that time. Now I have to pay for an extra repair that I was not expecting. Never had such a bad experience with Costco Tire Shop as at this location.

Waited 2 hours for tire repair on a new tire purchased there one week prior! Pressure showed incorrect from the time the car was driven home from getting the tire.Had to take it in twice just to get proper acknowledgment that it needed a repair!!

Not going to recommend several instances the handling of the problem was poorly handled. Still love the store and the shopping no longer a tire guy there though.

Most prices on food are cheaper at Aldi. The pizza in the prepared food section is delicious and very cheap. Gasoline is sold relatively cheap. Just bothers me that I spend $50 a year for a membership and their prices are not overwhelmingly superior to surrounding areas. Also, it is several days before Christmas, and I realize that businesses are busy, but my wife and I walked into the store and purchased the groceries that we needed in under 10 minutes and was out the door. It took us an hour and 15 minutes to get out of the parking lot. An hour and 15 minutes. That is absolutely absurd and I believe to be a hazard if there was ever an emergency. I don't understand how there can only be two in Charlotte and we are a city of over 1 million people. And the Costco here in Matthews, only has two simple entrances. An hour and 15 minutes. I literally could've gotten out of my car and walked home faster. Absurd and unacceptable.

The crew at the tire center did an excellent job. I came in with a ruined tire from a road side incident. I decided to replace all four as they only had a few thousand left. The crew fit me in as a walk-in. It did take a while. After a test drive I am very pleased with the installation and balancing of the tires. They also put the spare back and everything was tidy. Nice.

It takes 2-3 weeks to get an appt to install the tires. I checked around and they are not cheaper than other tire stores. Not sure what the apeal is?

The store was about to close in 10mins. I called them to let them know that i would reach a bit late. They helped me fix my flattire and kept the store open a bit late for me. Appreciate the work guys.

I generally love Costco and have been to this location about 50 times. Lately however, it just seems like some of the staff are less helpful and more concerned about their inconvenience. A little more southern hospitality and less southern sass please! They are definitely packing more merchandise in the store, which mean it's super crowded. You almost need IKEA opening weekend level crowd navigation skills just to make it through. I still love the products and value, but it's almost time to get an entry queue going.

Good bye Costco... I like some of your items but the unwillingness to let my daughter use my card is over the top I've never seen a place not want you to buy something.and SAMS is cheaper anyway.
