Was planning to stay 2 nights but left after the first night because the room was gross! There was a large flying bug crawling across the wall above the bed. Room overall needed a deep cleaning. The interior of the hotel needs a total makeover and basic maintenance performed. I cannot recommend a stay here!

This was my first time staying at this hotel and it definitely won't be the last. Customer service at check in was exemplary. Extremely personable, knowledgeable and went the extra mile to ensure I had a quite room. I don't remember her name but I checked in on second shift. The room was very clean, cozy and comfortable. The bed slept well, the hot water and water pressure in shower was awesome. Had a fridge and microwave in room. Lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance or short drive. Best of all this hotel was reasonably priced and great quality. I'll definitely book this hotel again when I'm in the Charlotte area. Thank you for a comfortable stay.

Definitely had a good nightly experience. The rooms are affordable and very clean and the staff was very kind. The general manager helped check us in and was very helpful. I would definitely stay again.

Some minor issues with the room. Lamp that did not work and door hanger missing from the bathroom door. It would not deter me from staying again. Breakfast was great!

The staff when booking were overwhelmed.The young lady, upon check-in, told me she had a cold. So 'why are you at work'. Now I'm sick. The rooms had an old smell. The carpets need cleaning.Staff didn't speak English. Rushed us out the day of check out.Wasn't worth the money I paid. I think I am owed change.

Overall, it's good hotel for the money, under 90 a night. The hotel is worn down and older and definitely in need of general maintenance and upgrades. Hallways smell very musty, and they've placed plug-in deodorizer every 20' or so. Drapes don't stop lights from coming into the room at night. Beds are comfortable and the water pressure is amazing.

I enjoyed my stay. The room was clean. The location is good because it's near shopping, restaurants, and off the highway. It was quiet. Breakfast was a plus because it had pastries, pancakes, waffles, and meat.

Upon check in my work crew and I were very displeased. The front desk worker was so incredibly rude. The front area seems like the rest of the hotel would be okay, but it was not. Upon arriving to my room it smelled sour and musty. Light switches and electrical covers were yellowed and dirty. The bottom of my tub was stained with dirt. The hairdryer looked like it had nicotine dripping down it that was never properly cleaned. We were all so put off by the condition that we went and purchased bed bug spray and disinfectant just to be on the safe side. Homeless folks loiter a lot around the parking areas and people from the area told us to be cautious of our vehicles being broken into...they did a horrible patch job on the ceiling from water damage... and to top it all off my coworker's room looked like there were bullet holes in the wall that were poorly covered!! DO NOT COME HERE.

We booked at Comfort Inn for the price and reviews (4.8 rating out of 5 stars).Customer service was deplorable-both checking in and out. I waited 5+ minutes to check in. Apparently the individual on duty was in the back room. Supposedly we were given an upgrade. If the room was an upgrade, I wonder what we would have been given otherwise.Food was mediocre. Rubbery eggs, bacon half cooked, etc. Only juice beverage available was orange juice.Supposedly the room was remodeled. If Comfort Inn considers the ceiling remodeled, inept or inexperienced individuals did the work.At check out this morning, the counter receptionist was sound asleep. I stood at the counter for a good 2-3 minutes before she woke up. She looked like she had a rough night partying and/or was high on drugs (eyes glazed over, etc.).Bathtub didn't drain properly. Water rose up to my ankles. Tried calling reception- no answer. Went downstairs to report the problem. No one at the desk.The housekeeping staff were better dressed than the other employees. You can be assured we will not be returning to this hotel.

Overall wasn't really that great of a location. Very moldy inside the room and the place had an overwhelming musty smell. I ended up leaving the hotel for a new one. I left my chain in the room when I left and when I returned the next day to retrieve it they said they couldn't find it... yeah alright. Thieves as well! Not a good hotel overall but if you can't find anything else this is the last place you'd probably pick

Stay was great. Great location, plenty of parking, lots of stores & shopping around. If you want to walk & grab a bite, there was plenty in the parking lot such as Ghengis grill, Captain D's, Mexican restaraunt. Several others across the street cicis pizza, longhorns and more. Plenty of shopping nearby such as Ross, At Home, Petco, shoe carnival etc.The front desk agent was nice. We got in late & Didnt expect to see her still there when we checked out the next day but she was & with a smile. She happily obliged when we requested late check out & housekeeping did not disturb our sleep which was very appreciated!! The room was clean, the ac worked great. Water pressure in shower was good. The little freezer in the refridgerator worked VERY well. Overall great stay.

Recently stayed at this hotel for two nights & it definitely was a good experience hands down. The service was pretty good. Terrance from the front desk was very helpful. Also the continental breakfast offered plenty of options & was very delicious! I'd recommend this hotel for anyone who is looking for a good hotel & good experience while visiting the area.

We usually used to stay at this location for several occasions (for religious conferences and trainings as a group) for the past few years. The staffs have been always working hard to accommodate us as needed. I don’t say that everything is perfect but they try their best to meet our needs upon request.Tabitha at the front desk is always helpful and professional. If you need special needs or request for the group, ask for Chet (the manager) and you will be surprised for his friendly personality and his adequate service.

Great service, convenient location and affordable hotel! Comfort Inn is the holy trinity of hotels.My husband and I stayed over the weekend. The lady who checked us in, Tabitha was very friendly. The room was clean as well. They offer free breakfast which includes bread, bagel, protein options, cereal, and juice. It was really good. And very conveniently located at about 15minutes drive to downtown Charlotte.I was most impressed by their service. I forgot some of my clothes in the closet. When I called the reception the next day, Tabitha checked the room herself and found my clothes. She then prepared a packet which the owner, Chetan shipped to me. Chetan called me to confirm shipping info and texted me the ups tracking information as well. I was impressed by them.I will highly recommend this place!

Location was close to Indian Trail. Staff very friendly. An error was made by multiple bookings but the owner was quick to fix it. Will stay again. Presidential suite was nice and spacious.
