Dan and team are certainly the best at what they do. Dan's expertise in diagnosing and repairing are second to none!. We have taken our vehicles to Dan for years and the vehicles are repaired correctly the first time! I highly recommend Buster's for any/all vehicles. There is nothing Dan can't repair.

Another place that just doesn’t seem to have time for potential customers. Not sure why if people have a business don’t seem to understand what customer service is. Once again, need transmission help, don’t bother with this place. Look elsewhere.

Certainly rare to find a gem like this today. Have had them work on my 1999 Toyota 4runner, 1959 F100 and 1998 Wrangler over the past 15 years. Great, HONEST, down to earth people.

Better make an appointment, otherwise you are turned away onsite, with a barrage of confirmations that you should have made an appointment first. They are curenntly 2 weeks out to even meet you with your problem.

My work truck was having transmission issues so after I had it at another shop all they wanted to do was continue to charge me to trouble shoot and not solve problem, With the bill mounting up a friend highly recommended Buster's Transmission. I set up the appointment and because they were a little busy I did not mind. I just rented a truck from u haul. When Buster's took my truck in about a week later I was given a great estimate and they also brought to my attention the u joints in my drive shaft needing replaced. The truck was all fixed, not further issues and 6 months later I am still 110% satisficed with this shop, their repair work and their honesty. I highly recommend them! Richard T of Charlotte,

Honest Family Business. If you have to wait, it's worth it. Dan completely rebuilt my transmission 50,000 miles ago. He must be the smartest and most honest mechanic I know.

Dan is the absolute best for anything transmission related. He rebuilt the 4L60E in my 2002 Tahoe for towing my 6k~ lbs car trailer. His customer service, attention to detail, and knowledge about transmissions is impeccable. There's no one better in the Charlotte area to go to.
