If I wanted a job where I didn’t have to do anything at all, I would work for this company. Horrible.

Just received a letter from that that my utility trailer that I use for my trade cannot be anywhere on property or I’ll be fined. To clarify, it is rarely there and never in anyone’s way. On occasion when I have a job and I get home late, I don’t feel like spending an extra 45 minutes dropping off the trailer and coming back home. So I bring it home with me. Apparently this is against their rules. No respect for working people at all. Trades are the reason that your toilets flush, your lights turn on, and your roads are drivable. These people have more rules than communists and do nothing for the betterment of society. No reason for their existence but to suck peoples blood and make their lives difficult.

I find the HOA management for Holly Park very responsive. Any HOA issues we have in our neighborhood was not a reflection of the management. Now we will be getting new appointees and we are looking forward to the great things fresh eyes will do.

One of the worst management company i have ever seen in my life, i don't recommend to any of the new properties to have such worst management companies. For our own property improvement, we have to ask approval which they take 30 days and than denied without any proper explanations, first of all, they have all dumbs working who does not even understand how things work. After providing proper pictures on the development they deny. i wish we could give 0 stars.

Not surprise about the bad reviews here. Braesael Management Company has a lot to improve. I am looking to get some work done on my house and have been giving the run around. I have ask multiple times to expedite the process and I am told they will do their best but yet I have to wait a full 30 days for a response. Why does it take 30 days for someone to give you approval on updates you want to make on your own house? Doreen has been responsive and she says she is pushing it but still I have got no where. It has almost been 30 days and as of today my request is still pending. This process of 30 days is ridiculous. We pay quarterly fees and when any home owner needs something done it should be taken with priority. Will give update once I get approval, Hopefully.

Update: To Braesael: It won't matter if I call, email or do anything to contact you, you will just ignore it and essentially leave the homeowners with no recourse. If I could give them less I would. They are the Mgmt. company of my neighborhood's HOA and all I can say is, I've lived in many apartment complexes before purchasing my first house here and I'd rather deal with an apartment complex any day of the year! This company is the reason people don't want to live in HOA-run communities. Everything bad that you hear about HOAs is all rolled into this company. They are the cliche of horrible HOA companies. PLEASE...do not hire them to run your community. You will never sell a house in it or it will be to people who will be the kind that don't take care of their house and just use it as somewhere to sleep, not call it a home.

I sent an email 10 days ago and still have not had a reply. I called yesterday. The representative was sent a message to call me. She works from home so I guess she was walking her dog and could not be bothered with answering me.

My husband and I recently experienced a deeply disheartening and discriminatory situation at Edgewater that has left us utterly disappointed and frustrated. We had high hopes for a welcoming and inclusive community, but unfortunately, our experience has left us feeling discriminated against and disheartened. We went through the proper channels to schedule an event, but our experience has been far from what we expected. Despite the managements claim of responding to inquiries within 24-48 hours, we were left waiting for a response for three long weeks. This lack of communication was already a breach of their own policies. When we were finally contacted, we were initially told that our event couldn't be accommodated due to an ongoing event in the parking lot from 6 - 8pm. We were redirected to the pavilion, which was allegedly available for rent. We reserved the pavilion for the hours of 3:00pm-7:00pm and began planning our event and sending out invitations. Simply because we were told after checking we would be approved to rent for that day. However, our excitement was short-lived. A few days later, we were informed that parking might be an issue as the other event would require the entire parking lot. We were assured that as long as our guests could find somewhere to park, we would be fine. We proceeded, feeling confident that our plans were solid. This assurance quickly turned into disappointment as, when we dropped off the money order, we were informed there were still conversations taking place with social committee regarding parking possibly becoming an issue. After leaving our money order and locking in the Pavilion, we received a call stating the social committee denied our event. Their reasoning? They didn't want to risk any disruption to their event, citing parking issues from years ago. This sudden change left us shocked, particularly considering we had already received approval for our event. What baffles me most is the evident double standard – why should one event take precedence over another, especially when the approval was already granted? We were then told that our event could only take place if we rescheduled for another day or if we wrapped up by 4:00pm, giving us a mere hour to host an event we had spent weeks planning. This treatment is beyond disappointing; it's deeply hurtful. We pay a substantial amount to be part of this community, and yet we're met with unprofessionalism and insensitivity. Our repeated attempts to reach out to the social committee have gone unanswered, adding to our frustration. We've learned that the social committee has been communicating with the HOA, which raises questions about transparency and fairness. This ordeal has left us questioning our decision to live in Edgewater. The treatment we've received makes us feel like outsiders, as if our ethnic background somehow makes our concerns less valid. We can't recommend this community to anyone seeking a fair and inclusive environment. It's clear that there's a lack of equal treatment across the board, and this experience has left us disillusioned.I implore anyone considering Edgewater as their home to think twice. Discrimination and unequal treatment should have no place in a community that claims to value its residents. We hope that by sharing our experience, no one else has to endure the same disappointment and mistreatment that we have.

No matter what the issue is it's never taken care of. Response time takes forever, issues go unresolved and just get worse. When you pay for an hoa you expect that they'll actually provide the services that you pay for. Unfortunately not the case.Update:I was contacted today and expressed my concerns. The owner understood and is making adjustments. That's all I can ask for and I am greatful for the response in such a kind manner.

They are the worst property management ever. They will not maintain their property. They have weeds, grass and dead trees in the neighborhood. The playground area has never got completed. They want to send letter out about my maintained and upgraded property.

Update: we got rid of them and are now with William Douglas! Run from Braesael as fast as you can. Renee is incompetent and there is a high turnover at this company.Renee does not care about our neighborhood or the issues you dealing with.If I could give her and braesael a 0 review I would. Do not do business with this company. She cannot answer a single question and has to call you back repeatedly after she asks her boss the answer. Delays in getting responses on top of her lack of knowledge makes me wonder what we are paying for.Our neighborhood cannot wait to get rid of them.

HOA’s are un-American. Gone are the days of dictator kings and now we are told what to do with our property by Karen’s and Kevin’s who have too much free time all in the name of “preserving property value”
