I ordered a 65” tv online to be delivered to my in-law as a surprise. I left specific instructions to call before coming as I would be the one meeting them to sign for the delivery. The delivery came and went no phone call. The driver rang the bell waited 2 min and left still no call. I proceeded to call to get the delivery dropped off as I was still in my 4 hour window. Every response from store level including the manger was they would not be coming back and that I had to schedule. The amount of stuff I order and have delivered this was by far the worst customer service I’ve ever received. So I canceled the order and went elsewhere for my TV.

Corporate machine. Doesn't give a hoot about what they sell you. Guy at electronics clearly said that cover accidental damage. Best buy refuses to do anything about it. We bought their additional protection service and warranties on products and learning now they don't cover anything beyond and assessment visit to tell you it's not covered.Talked to their manager and he said he trusts his employees on the floor more than my wife's and my own testimony. Refunded a partial credit that is short of the actual days._---+-+-update !Got proof of what was sold to me, issue resolved after fighting for it. Sneaky. Do not buy the extended warranty if they tell you it covers drop cracks and spills. That's absolute lie. Or record them when they do it.

At times, there are not enough staff to assist at the service desk and Geek squad. However, I recently observed more staff at the service desk for the holiday season.The store is clean and organized. Staff are friendly, thorough, and command solid knowledge of the products. Furthermore, they strive to meet the customers needs.Of note, if you have a Geek Squad plan and require service for your electronic device, call the 800 service number first to find out if they service your device. Some electronic and related services are excluded from the plan.

The store associates were attentive and helpful. It was a pleasant experience, as they aren't heavily staffed and it's the holiday season. Best Buy is a great option when you want to have a hands on experience instead of purchasing electronics online.

I went in this Best buy location, and Miguel helped me out thoroughly and with the utmost expertise. I was frustrated and needed a phone badly, and on the last minute of closing, Mr Miguel was patient, honest, and very professional. 5 stars for this location, and the help I received.
