Had appointment thru Apple to fix camera on cellphone. Got there for them to tell me they have system issues and phone would not be fix until 2 days and I needed to leave the phone ☹️

Mehdrana had terrible customer service and should not be in a custom facing role. I came in to view an item, He showed me where they were and then just became totally silent and stared at me, as if I was supposed to know everything about them. I thought you guys were the experts? Normally, when I come in and someone greets me in a particular department, they will help me make the best decision as far as the purchase is concerned. Then I asked if the store had a specific color in and his response was “I don’t know” And he simply just walked off and I heard him mumble “I’ll just go check”. He actually was able to find the color that I wanted. While I was still browsing other options, he ended up screaming at me to come over to the register to checkout. Once my checkout was complete, He handed me my product and a receipt Which I think is absurd. I asked him if he had a bag and his response was simply “NO”. He did not even attempt to find me a bag or see if someone else in the store had a bag. I end up going to customer service who was able to provide me a bag. No one should know what I’m walking out of Best Buy with. That’s how people get robbed. He is very aggressive and unwelcoming.

I went there to look at a Dell XPS laptop and it wasn't there. All they had was rather cheap equipment. Big bummer. I ordered direct from Dell.

You can't call the store anymore to just ask a question. You get redirected to a call center where everyone barely speaks or understands what you are saying. So aggravated!!

Purchased, a digital version of Norton online and within minutes tried to cancel it because Norton had already automatically updated my account and best buy will not refund these purchases even though it has not been downloaded or used. Response: Yes because people read all the disclaimers and legal documentation when they are buying online.. ? ? ?
