I had an appointment to get my AC diagnosed for "$45-$75". They said their mechanic didn't show up so I'd have to wait. They also said the diagnostic could cost $125 after they told me $45-$75. I own an HVAC business and know that's not how you charge for a diagnosis. After I asked for my keys back I called my sister from my van to share my experience. The owner approached me and said he didn't have time to look at my van. I informed him I already refused to let him. I chose this place because of good reviews and didn't even have a chance to have my van checked. Steer clear. Terrible.

A bit of a hike from Steele Creek, but our drive was rewarded with a great staff and excellent service at a 60% cost savings on repairs, compared to the dealership quote.

My Ford Explorer wouldn't start. Had it towed here. Was told I needed a new instrument cluster. (Gages in the dashboard) It took 3 weeks to locate a used dash panel, cut out wires and replace unit and dash padding.The vehicle started twice. Once to return home and once more. Explorer back to exactly previous condition. How would you feel?
