wow! every time i think that perhaps this time will go well I am disappointed.. BOA has the worse customer service in the industry, both in banks and on line.most real banks are closed.. leaving us with these ATM things… lines are long… cashiers are close to non existent. would never recommend BOA for business or personal

If you want quality customer service, do not bank here. Employees stand at the door while there is a line with one teller, working the window and inside. It takes forever to get your transactions done. Take everyone's advice and do not bank here. You will be sorry.

Zero communication between associates, Customer service doesn't exist here if you want to take something out. Safety Deposit boxes are harder to access than fort knox, it shouldn't be this difficult to access our own property. BOA closed so many locations, it takes forever to get help at any of the remaining ones open.

Opens at 10. Closes for lunch. Never has the deposit box outside open. Employees are polite but the wait times are ridiculous. Unsure who else gets 6 hour days but I guess I should have been a banker

I drive 13 miles out of my way to do my banking at this location. The staff here are always pleasant and knowledgeable.

May be the only Bank of America in Charlotte that’s an actual bank and not just a giant ATM being called a bank and the staff is so friendly my day is that much nicer :)

I cannot say enough about the excellent customer service I've received from Dianne and Rachel!!! I needed to have 2 Cashier's Checks made to pay for an emergency AC Unit replacement. Dianne and Rachel both advised me to be careful with such an expensive purchase and assured me if the HVAC Specialist didn't work out I could come back with the checks to have the funds either returned to my account in full or have new checks made for a different amount. Sure enough, I found another HVAC Specialist who was more honest and less greedy than the first one lol. The next day I was able to get a new check and have the excess funds deposited back into my account! I know this location has received less than satisfactory reviews, but give them a chance to prove to you, like they did with me, how well they can service you! Dianne even called me after I left the bank to apologize for the wait time and a minor discrepancy with the check. I couldn't ask for better service!!!

All I needed to do was send a wire for a mortgage transaction, should take 5 minutes. I was told I’d need to wait 30 minutes to see a banker, teller cannot do this for some reason. 45 minutes later it was my turn, however the banker who became available can’t send wires. There’s literally one person in the whole bank that can send the wire. So currently waiting another 30 minutes. Time to switch to a local credit union.

Went to this branch today to deposit a check into my business account. Upon returning home, logged into my account and was shocked to see that the teller registered the transaction as a cashed check instead of a deposit, effectively draining the bulk of my balance. The branch had closed by the time I realized this, so I called b of a business customer service. The offered no answers or resolution. I will be effectively closing all my accounts immediately, regardless of how this plays out.

Impossible to go in a branch anymore. I tried going to 3 in my area and all 3 (including this branch) are “temporarily closed” with no indication of when they will be open.

My elderly father had to get a lawyer to get his own money out of there. I kid you not! He is 94 and it was $170,000. Even with the lawyer, they kept $10,000 in case he had outstanding checks. Ten grand!!! That was 4 months ago. Now he has to go back to the lawyer to get the balance. She actually had to go into the bank with him in person. Criminal.
