Excellent experience. I highly recommend Audi Charlotte to anyone who is looking for a quality car and an excellent customer service. Many thanks to Kevyn who made the whole car selecting process very smooth and enjoyable for us.

I had a terrible start to the week when my A6 had an electrical failure and shut down while I was driving it. I was dreading taking it into the service department due to the time it would take to fix it, the cost, and not having a vehicle to drive. I showed up first thing in the morning, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They provided me with an estimate of 5-7 days, gave me a loaner car, and quickly had me on my way. I received a video assessment later the same day, and early the next day my car was done 4 days ahead of schedule. Audi Charlotte has a lot of negative reviews, but in my case they took what was a very stressful situation and turned it into a great experience. Thanks Audi Charlotte!

Terrible service department. Always takes longer then promised with no info. Sells I needed service at last minute. Very unhelpful with warranty issues. Management doesn't care about their performance. Go elsewhere!

I have an Audi sedan love my car but their service department is always great. I have had some issues with scheduling but this got me right in. I was able to get to work and it was ready by midday. Wonderful experience!

Audi Charlotte Oil Change= $294.48 (out of door price) Audi North Lake Oil Change= $194.66 (out of door price) RIP OFF!!!!! I could write a novel on why to avoid this location for service. They have caused me SO many headaches, causing issues with my car that did not exist, poor customer service, rude staff, they sprayed something in my ac vents once and made my car smell HORRIBLE and it left a white stained residue all over the vents that wouldn't come off. I complained and had to make an appointment to take it back. I was told it should take a few hours. They kept my car for 2 weeks trying to fix it without providing me with a loaner vehicle or updates. I had to rent a car. Can't make this stuff up. I started to go to Audi Northlake instead and they are amazing, but a little bit of a drive. Today I needed an oil change so I thought that's pretty straight forward i'll just go to the Charlotte location, what could go wrong? I hand over my keys and the service advisor looked at my car for two seconds and tried to tell me that I need 4 new tires.... until I informed him I only have 15k miles on it and he quickly backpedaled. They quoted me $250 for an oil change which seemed oddly high. I called the North Lake location to see if it's the same price, and they only charge $194 out of door price with taxes and fees. I agreed to the Charlotte pricing since I was already there and when I went up to pay my total for the oil change was $294.48!!!!! Just another reason to not go to Audi Charlotte. Please save yourself the headache, bad mood, and money and just drive to Audi Northlake for service, they won't rip you off.

I have been receiving texts and emails from this dealership on completing a survey on the service of my vehicle in April 2023 and june 2023. I have not had my vehicle serviced at this dealership in over a year. Now, my Carfax report on my vehicle has the reported services that never occurred and the information on my vehicle is incorrect on the Carfax report (incorrect mileage). Something feels shady about my vehicles VIN number and my information being used to complete a service visit that never happened.

Unbelievable unprofessional experience - called and spoke with Tyler Blackwell about an RS Q8 on Monday 26th around 1PM. Sent all the details for Audi Charlotte to come back with a number on the car and he confirmed he had everything needed and would be back to me. Explained that I would gladly place a deposit and do not need any financing - (should be a very simple transaction) Monday evening the 26th I received a response they are working on it; OK fine busy day not a problem. Tuesday morning - "we should have a number shortly what address are you titling the vehicle in) Wednesday morning - Absolutely nothing. If this is how Audi Charlotte treats customers and you like to spend $145,000 or whatever amount you choose to purchase then you should run on down to the dealership. Absolute disgrace a dealer in this day and age where a large percentage of transaction are handled over the phone and they actually advertise "Express Lane Service" handles a transaction. My recommendation is to steer clear of this dealer as this level experience likely is endemic and extends to service, parts, and other post sales activities.

We purchased our A5 at Audi Charlotte before COVID. The deal included Audicare's regular maintenance. This past week, my car prompted me to service the vehicle in the next 13 days. I called Audi Charlotte to schedule a service. I have become accustomed to extended scheduling dates, but was shocked to hear that it would be SIX WEEKS before I could have service on a prepaid plan. I happened to be in Atlanta with my car and called Jim Ellis Audi to check. They got me in the next day!!! It's definitely worth the drive to spend a day in Atlanta. I know there are systemic issues. Our State is broken and suffers from an economy destroyed by this system of welfare and handouts. Our business leaders like Audi Charlotte need to step up to take a stand against our State government to take the steps needed to put our welfare State to get back to work!

Locked vehicles on the showroom floor?? Ha... I guess the days of checking out a product without giving out all your personal information (name, email, phone, etc) are over at this dealership. Just seems scummy and after reading all the 1-star ratings, I concur.

The service/part department is extremely below average.. I took my car in for a battery test and an oil change. They did the oil change/replaced the battery and the multi-point inspection as well. I had to pay $500 for a battery. When I picked my car up it was making a strange whining sound. I took my car back a day later and told them; turns out the alternator was bad (not sure how often both the battery AND alternator fail at the same time). At first said they would have it done by October 31st (two weeks away) . It came and went with no communication. I had to reach out and turns out it was still on back order with no ETA. My car has been sitting there for almost 3 months. After being without a car and no periodic updates other than "it's on backorder" when I had to call them. I took it upon myself to call a different Audi dealership who pointed me to Volkswagen of South Charlotte ( I'm sure this location has access to the same system this other dealership has) . They had one on their shelf that matched the part number and had been on the shelf for over a month. I can understand back orders due to supply chain, but not actively looking for parts is a lack of due diligence that I expect when choosing to have an Audi. I had to pick the alternator up and take it to them for installation, so I pretty much did their job excluding the installation. No courteously gestures such as a free oil change due to this massive inconvenience or anything. They also advertise courtesy vehicles on their phone line/online and they said "we don't do those anymore due to Covid", so I've been without a car for 3 months. Like I said, I understand supply chain but it takes minimal effort to have good customer service and good communication in which your dealership has none. If this is how Audi does business.. my next car will be a BMW.

Really poor customer service. I will never waste my $$$ on an Audi just because of poor customer service. My next SUV will either be a BMW, MB, or Lexus. Audi are nice cars, but the service is not worth the headaches.

Customer service. This is not the only Audi dealer in town and if I had known how awful their service department is, I would have most definitely made the extra trip to purchase my $100k car elsewhere. Today's issue sent me over the top. After calling for an oil change and being told it would be 4 weeks before they could service my car, I asked if I could come get the oil topped off to hold me until then. Sure they said and yes it's covered under the Audi care plan. So I make the trip over only to find out they require I buy the oil because it's only free during the oil change. Which by the way is an oil change they can't do for a month. It's not about the cost, it's about taking care of your customers. This is my 2nd Audi with this dealer and most certainly my last. *edited to add that I took my car elsewhere for the oil top off and that customer-first business charged me nothing. $0.

Ordered online never got contacted about what I ordered wasn't in stock online it said it was in stock. I drove two hours to get something they didn't have. They where suppose to mail it or in two days....i waited nothing so I called then I was informed they didn't have it.... the company that supplies it had to make it and they didn't know when it would be ready. I asked well they mail it once it comes in they told me oh it was set up for will call and the associate I spoke with had the nerve to tell me...."I don't do online orders " explain how that stops you from looking in a computer system to find out what's going on with my order????? If I had known all that I could've ordered from Raliegh Audi. I'll NEVER bother with Charlotte Audi again., and I'm still waiting on a part I paid over 500 dollars for
