If I could give zero stars I would. First the sofas in the show room are not comparable at all to what you receive. The quality of the sectional that was delivered to us is about the same as a Walmart futon. Next they berate you with a 5 year extended warranty even when you tell them you don’t want it multiple times, but conveniently leave out that there is zero return policy. Once merchandise is delivered, you have to keep it. Our sales associate Doug did not tell us this, and even listened to us talk about how if we didn’t like it in the layout of our home that we could always return it. They won’t even compromise and exchange it for something different. In my opinion this place is shady with how they do business and between the quality of merchandise and customer service, we will never bring business here again and suggest you don’t either.

I loved the experience with Qay from beginning to the end! She gave us an offer we couldn’t resist and made sure our new home was going to be complete with our new furniture; because of the interaction we will definitely be back for more. Lisseth was the person that helped us and she was wonderful. David, the manager was also very nice and informative. We had purchased from there before and had good service as well, that is why we came back to purchase a coach. Thank you Lisseth and David.
