Tried to get an OTD price several times and got nothing but excuses and wasted time. First no replies and finally got someone saying they were on jury duty. Texted and called him and several weeks later NO QUOTE and no bike.They weren't even the lowest price, they were just the closest for me but with service like this who needs them?Teeeible service and terrible dealerships. I spoke with GM and Sales manager apparently

I had a fantastic experience here buying my first KTM. Everyone was very knowledgeable, even went above and beyond for me. Best powersports dealer in the Charlotte area if you ask me.

Not a good experience. Bought bike cash, paid the dealer and prep fees in full, drove the hour and a half to pick up bike, brought it home and realized the foot pegs were on backwards. Inspected the bike further, electrical connections not made, no grease to be found on any of them. Week goes by, call to inquire about the MCO as they did not give it to me at the time of sale. They have my wrong address, even though I corrected it when I signed the paperwork. Get the paperwork about two weeks after purchase sent to my house. The odometer statement is incorrect and has no dealer signatures. So, after a half day wait at the dmv I get to go back when they send me the new statement.Not a single follow up call after purchase, and overall the entire experience felt like they were doing me a favor by accepting my business. I paid to have the bike properly set up by the KTM dealer north of Charlotte, they found a few other small things. The owner told me that they were opening a new Honda dealer, and it seemed like the entire operation was more focused on that instead of serving the customers that are currently in the building. I hate to give a negative review and held off for a couple months, but the DMV thing was the final straw. When you spend nearly a grand in these dealer and prep fees, the very least you can expect is that the work is done correctly. There are other dealers in the area that actually put the time in setting up these bikes, this is not one of them.

It been 3 month since I purchased this 701 here and they never send me the plate, and every time a call they tell me the i will getvit on 2 weeks but never did. ?????

These guys are seriously passionate about bikes, and they can tell when their customers are just as passionate. I ended up finding an unbeatable deal in another state but have had to bring my KTM to them for service and a couple check engine lights. They worked to get me in without an appointment as well as to get an appointment scheduled for some software updates. Definitely earned a repeat customer in me!!

Great experience with the guys at the store, everyone I talked to was extremely nice, helpful, and conversational. Huge thanks to Rollins especially, these guys really made my experience buying a bike there great by willing to work with me and take the time to explain anything I needed or asked, if you’re ever looking for a bike i highly recommend 10 Cycles!
