Every single time I go in they are rude or short with you they won't even ring up your stuff they tell you the lady up front will help you when they're in fact is no one upfront they want you to use a self-checkout I am beyond over it and am moving my medications . The customer service at this location is absolutely appalling

Altho the pharmacy is open till a certain time be it 6 or 9, they will close the drive thru window to get your prescription and force you to go inside to get your medication. I’m sure that super convenient for handicapped customers

Do not use the pharmacy. Pharmacist is rude and not willing to be helpful. Have spent 2 days trying to get some meds filled, due to a glitch in their system.

Would give a zero if I could. Pharmacy tech made me feel like scum just because I have pregnancy Medicaid as a secondary insurance and made rude remarks towards me. Will never be back

The pharmacist acted as if everyone in line was bothering her. She acted as if I didn’t hurry to give her my insurance information then she would just charge me the full price. Hey we understand you’re busy. We are all busy. Get over yourself. Just because you went to college for pharmacies doesn’t make you betterHey CVS. The reason you don’t see people in your line is because your workers are IGNORANT. I GET ABUSED WHRN I COME IN THIS STORE and all of the stores in Monroe are the sameThe workers are all depressed and they complain they’re busy. But there are never any people in the store

They price gouge their medications like crazy how does a medication go from 90 out of pocket to 192 out of pocket in one month! On top of it all it takes 3 hours to fill anything. The lines are ridiculous at any hour. Staff not the issue it’s the money hungry owners!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. My husbands medication was out of stock and they didn’t bother to call. I called and was informed that they didn’t have it and they would have to order it and it would be ready that Monday (this was on a Friday). I called that Monday afternoon because it was still not ready. I was informed that the medication was still not in and they had no idea when it would be back in stock. They told me I would have to call around and find another pharmacy that had it. So they were once again not going to update me. This is on top of ridiculous hold times and poor attitudes toward their customers. I think CVS as a company is running their pharmacies on a skeleton crew and it is affecting the quality of their work. This is now the third CVS we have tried and it has been nothing but problems at all three.

Horrible service everyone in the pharmacy is super rude and refuses to help. I was trying to get a prescription refilled a week early because I was going on vacation I have even have approval from my doctor from it and they told me oh well sorry were not going to do it even though I’ve never had this issue with Walgreens or any other pharmacy in the past will never use CVS again! One time I had to go days without an important prescription because they couldn’t staff the pharmacy that just shows how badly this place is run.

Had an appointment on the 1/11th for a Covid test showed up 10 minutes early and they were closed. No notice no phone call nothing. This is the third time the pharmacy close down without notification Other two times were for picking up prescriptions thankfully CVS down the road acknowledge that they have a habit of closing down for no reason and were nice enough to give me a Covid test the worst Cvs ever! 0 stars
