It was late Saturday afternoon when we noticed our septic was backing into the house. Yikes! After calling at least a dozen septic companies, leaving voice messages and not receiving even one return call, I called Mountain Well and Septic. I am so glad I did! They are the only company who answered the phone with a live person and, to make it even better, was extremely nice and helpful. Once I shared our situation she quickly verified they could come out that evening. What a blessing! He arrived in the window of time quoted, was extremely polite and went above and beyond to get our septic tank clean and our issue resolved. The price was very reasonable and the service was exceptional. We will definitely use them in the future and will gladly recommend them to anyone needing septic service.

Not a task that most people enjoy doing, but they showed up and was able to get my tank serviced. my yard is very steep, they are the only one in my area that had a small enough truck and 4x4 to get to my tank and pump it. were in and out in under 2 hrs with some good advice to help prevent issues in the future. defiantly recommend.

Same day service. Came and pumped but left 12 inches of sludge. The man stated that our drain field is failing. He said washing machines pump more water than anything into the septic and said we could remove our drain pipe to the washer and let it flow on the grou. When I called to complain the lady at the office accused me of cussing at her. Was I upset? Yes I was. No it's not her fault my drain fieled is failing (if it even is). I felt I was over charged esp when my lines that were clear before are now backed up. Nothing was solved. I was told that I harassed the company which is confusing? Then was told "re-search the laws of leaving reviews ." I do not recommend this company for septic pumping.
