This place has always been mediocre, but recently it’s gotten even worse. The last two times that I’ve tried to get them to assist me, once for a basic diagnostic and tuneup, and the other time for a basic state inspection, they’ve hemmed at hawed and pretty much told me that they didn’t want my business. I think that the parents just recently retired and the kids are obviously still finding their footing. Customer Service is poor, and there are definitely better places around. I suggest the spot in downtown Mars Hill on Main Street. Mr. Honeycutt always treats me right over there.

Great service on a dead battery/alternator fix

Stopped in with a tire leak. They identified the source and patched the tire within 15 minutes of our arrival—we had barely settled in to their air conditioned waiting area before it was time to pay and move on with our busy day. They were super nice and efficient. I would have paid them more for the time and stress they saved us.

Driving through on a vacation from South Carolina got a nail in one of our trailer tires, pulled in and asked if they had time to repair the tire. They immediately took it to the back bay plug the tire and we are out less than 20 minutes very friendly service, exceptionally fast very pleasant experience highly recommend this place

Kenny and his shop were great. I was passing through and had a flat tire with no spare. Kevin worked with me getting 2 tires ordered for my car and got me out the door early in the afternoon. I definitely recommend their shop for any automotive needs. Thank you for help!
