I am gluten free and need clean gf products so I don't get sick. They have been out of many gf products (different manufacturers) for past few months. I have asked 4 staff in past 2 months. 2 at customer service who just gave me the same line without checking "if it's not there on shelf we didn't receive it". Then I asked 2 department staff and 1 spent 20 minutes trying to track it down. With no luck. The other department person at least had empathy and suggested I go to customer service which was a waste of time and energy. I'll be driving extra 15 minutes to Weaverville. I have been a long time ingles shopper in black mountain and swannanoa for 25 years. I am beyond frustrated. Thank you for not caring. So much for small town caring service.

Place is not senior friendly when it comes to workers. New manager should go back to Buncombe County. It is her fault the store is losing business.

It's worth the drive to go to the weaverville. They only have one register opened more times than not, which is okay if you're paying with card at the self checkout, but not okay when you have cash. Depending on the time of week they're consistently out of milk and other products. Staff is friendly though.
