This place also does towing. Was calling for a family member; Called simply to ask what hours this business keeps. I was asked: "Why do you need to know that?" I shouldn't have to explain why I want to know your hours. If you're a business and want my business, I would think you would be more helpful. I did eventually get the information I was looking for, but something so simple was handled very unprofessionally in my opinion.

I had an employee's vehicle break down in 90+ temps. We use a road side company to assist and they contacted Auto Mart to do the recovery. The call was placed at 9:30 am and no one contacted my employee until 2:30 pm. 5 hours in this he my guy had to wait....really. Do not do business with the company because they do not care.

Good group of people. The owner is so helpful and generous, but I feel they charge too much on labor cost and parts in general. Other than that it is a great repair shop.

My husband and I were stuck in the snow on a rural gravel road. When we called for roadside assistance, our vehicle manufacturer's service wouldn't help us because we weren't "within ten feet of a government maintained paved road." Our car insurance service was willing to help, but could only find one company who was willing to work in our area and that truck couldn't get to us for three hours. It was an extremely cold night, so we decided to take matters into our own hands. We called Auto Mart Towing because it was the first towing company that came up in search results. After our previous experiences, we were surprised to hear a pleasant voice at the other end of the phone (at 3:00 in the morning, mind you). Help quickly arrived as promised. The driver obviously very knowledgable with using his truck and navigating snowy roads. My husband and I were intrigued to watch him work as he towed, wenched, and hauled our car up the last eighth of a mile of our road. After five hours of my husband and I attempting to get ourselves up the road with snow chains and waiting for other services to arrive, we were thrilled that only an hour of tow work was needed to accomplish the task. The price was extremely reasonable for the conditions, time of day, and effort, too. We'd expected a bill of around $300 based on the prices posted by other towing companies. We were only charged $150. It was well worth the cost. I just wish we had called Auto Mart Towing to start with.
