Zips is great! I love the concept of unlimited washes and vacuum. With kids and a dog, this is the best thing to have if you wanna keep your car clean!

This place needs to get their act together. When they first came to town they were great but now they have gone way down hill. My last few visits have been frustrating. It seems the scanner that reads the bar code on your window never works right anymore & takes forever to even get into the wash. On my most recent visit, the attendant was "busy" spraying the floor around the entrance & made me wait to enter the wash. When I finally did get to enter he never bothered to direct me in so I had to guess if I was even lined up on the track. If that wasn't enough I pull around to finish detailing my car but none of the vacuums were working. Multiple customers were coming thru & getting out their vehicle only to find the vacuums weren't working. I guess it was too difficult to place a sign at the entrance to let people know the vacuums were down before we got out of our cars & walked around trying to find one that worked. I don't why but the Zips locations in Hickory & Asheville don't seem to have all these issues. I have had a membership for quite some time but if things don't improve, I'm going to cancel.

I purchased my car wash at the zips in Marion NC. Then proceeded to the vacuumes. The vacuum cleaners were turned off. I asked the manager about it. He told me they turn them off on rainy days. I purchased the car wash for the purpose of vacuuming my car. I felt like he should have refunded my purchase price, or at the least given me a credit to come back. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

Google maps says open until 8pm. Arrived at 6:30pm. Carwash lights were off. Car in front of me sitting in line. Car behind me pulled up. We had to back out. Awkward! Revise your hours of service!
