Teller has no people skills or experience and can't follow directions then the other teller sticks her nose in and says she not been here but three days try being a little patent with her well if I hadn't told you twice you done filled the withdraw slip wrong it would been different so if it had went the way she had it done it woulda threw my acct so outta whack so ya I may have been a lil obnoxious but sometimes the customer is right which I know she was behind the counter training a couple weeks ago whenever I was in the branch so ya know you guys ain't the only bank in town there's other that will make my business

Thankfully Teresa (manager) was working, the only person who actually helped me with this bizarre issue I had with two different profiles that werent synced under me. She was quick, if she didn’t know she would find out, she was thorough, really can’t be taught that kind of work ethnic. This place is very lucky to have her working there, rare customer service to find in NC. Her tellers need to wake up and learn from here.

I have been an account (3) holder of Wells Fargo bank for 30+ years. I have deposited thousands of dollars in this bank for years. On Monday morning I needed $20 worth of quarters. I literally waited in line for 20 minutes until my turn came. I told the teller I was a long time account holder and just needed two wrappers of quarters ($20). Her response was, “we only give out quarters on Fridays, do you want to come back then?” I told her I needed them today and would one of the other four tellers have quarters? She said no, we only give them out on Fridays blaming “covid” as the reason. The head teller came to me and said we can give you $3 or $4 dollars worth. Totally unsatisfactory! I went across the street to First Bank and they gladly handed me $20 worth of quarters. I’ll take my business elsewhere!

they have always been a good bank for me but,until recently I have lived out of state. It gets expensive paying the ATM fees for cash and these guys have nearly no services in Kentucky. Now I'm in a Kentucky bank moving back to NC where These guys are everywhere.......(update)...HARD WORKING PEOPLE ARE RARE BUT YOU'RE GOING TO FIND THEM HERE!Kudos!

I love the business model of this branch. This branch has a horrible reputation, here which is what I love about. I have never had to wait in line here.

Worst bank i ever had the pleasure of dealing with .....from fees to them letting people hack my account steal my money and when I told them someone had hacked my account they closed it and opened a new one and then they let the person that hacked my account open several more accounts and were doing all kinds of things....and they put all of this on my credit ....instead of pursuing the person that done it and I told them who the person was and where they lived and everything...and they still did nothing! BEWARE ,BEWARE ..AND ONCE AGAIN( B E W A R E ) !!!!!!!!
