I’ve had zero success using this shop. I’ve been foolish enough to try them twice, and got burnt both times. When I picked up my fixed truck with parts I provided, it was worse than when I dropped it. Said it was a different issue but had called, and said it was all fixed up. If you take your ride there after reading this don’t be pissed is you get burnt. When you try calling back after leaving and they won’t answer the phone, you know. I wouldn’t be surprised if they didn’t touch it, took the parts back and got the money for the parts since I left the receipt. Then charged me labor for parking it in their lot. Never, ever, ever again. I will find an actual garage. I was shocked to see their shop has over 4 stars on reviews. SMH. I’ve have zero success at this place. I don’t need a strike 3 to be out. Disgusted is being mild.

Traveling from NC to Ky and our vehicle began to run rough. We Google automobile services in Marion. We talked to Derrick and drive directly to Marion. An hour or so later on the road again, repaired at a fair price. Thanks to Scott's Auto Clinic and Derrick.

Was recently in the area camping from out-of-state with truck engine light came on. I had my own sensor readout so already had an idea what was wrong. They were able to get me in the next day, confirm the problem and resolve the issue at a very minimal cost. Even after I paid, they topped off my engine coolant at no charge. Would highly recommend them.

Last day of may vacation down south and unfortunately a hole got punched in the oil pan of my new Porsche Cayenne S. Luckily i had just enough time to make it to Scott's. They were able to get me pulled in immediately to assess the damage to my car and recommend a repair. 2 short hours later and the Porsche was fixed and ready for the 700 miles back up north and the car is still going strong. I couldnt be more please with the service from the guys here. 10/10 would recommend.Services: Engine repair

It was great Scott helped me out so much I was in a bun my starter was out I have a vehicle that was very very difficult to fix he was easy with me on the phone and came and got my truck with his tow truck he told it to his shop him and another guy worked on it all day long because it was very very hard to fix and he gave me a great deal on it I was very satisfied with the work I was very satisfied with the service I was very satisfied with how much you charge me it was the about the best time I've had when I've had my vehicle worked on

This place is an absolute rip off. I had them change plugs in my truck. I bought the plugs and they assured me they could do the job. When I picked up the vehicle they said they could only change 7 of the plugs. I ask why the vehicle was misfiring and they said it was " missing" when I brought it in. I pulled the plug that they said they couldn't, just to find out that they had broken it. A week later it was missing again. I pulled all the plugs and only one of them had been changed. During this time I also had them replace the hub assembly. With a "lifetime parts and labor warranty". I test drove the vehicle and it was making a noise so I took it back. Had an employee test drive with me to confirm. They pulled the hub and said they couldn't find a problem other than it was making a noise and I would need to talk to the owner. I scheduled an appointment with the owner. He never showed up and the lady at the desk said she could not reach him. I had to have another shop replace the hub while out of town. I went back and talked to the owner. He informed me that the warranty was only valid if I brought the vehicle back there with any problems, " tried that " and the best he could do was see if the parts store would cover the cost of the part and call me if they would. I've never heard from them. I did inquire about the front door of the office being boarded up. The employee explained that the owner and another customer had an altercation a few days before and busted the door. NOT SURPRISED!!!!!!Service: Auto engine tuning
