“I wanted to put a shout out to the team at Lowes in Marion, NC especially to Corey - I walked back to appliances to get a microwave for our camper and Corey who does not work in that department stopped to ask me if I needed any assistance and I did have questions and I couldn't locate the size that I needed. Corey helped me locate the size I needed by patiently checking and scanning the boxes until we found the correct size for my camper. I felt acknowledged and appreciated and I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge Corey for his extra efforts. As I was pushing my cart to the register to check out several other employees said hi to me and asked if I needed any help finding anything.
