Scumbag scam artists that trick you into letting them tow your vehicle to their dilapidated family compound instead of the legit repair shop where they lock it up to perform unsanctioned "repairs" and hold hostage until you pay. Even though they do bad work with the wrong parts.

Jimmy picked my daughter and I up with our Yukon in Black Mountain. He drove us to Rutherfordton early Saturday morning. He was professional and quick. I would recommend him to anybody.

Beware of this extremely dishonest business with poor workmanship! H&A towed my RV back to their shop, instead of the service center arranged by the Good Sam service center. They then proceeded to hold the RV hostage until I paid their ransom of $200+ to replace a broken belt (tow was covered by Good Sam). They even used the wrong size belt so I had to redo the repair myself the next week.

Tow truck driver Mark (sorry I didn't catch his last name) picked up my vehicle and entire family late on a Sunday. He was extremely helpful, friendly and polite. When the first shop couldn't fix my vehicle he came all the way back to Burnsville, picked me and the vehicle up, and took us to a shop in Spruce Pine. Thank you Mark for all of your help.
