“I go here about 4 times a week. I started my workout journey at the local YMCA and decided to look elsewhere after too many unsupervised kids, grumpy staff, and creeps. Workout anytime was where I should have invested my time first! The new layout is great! Their trainers are approachable, knowledgeable and fit! The staff is attentive. The gym is constantly being cleaned, maintained & updated. The rates are too cheap in my opinion. If you want a bargain and a respectable place to respect yourself along your health journey, this is the place!”
