I went to this DG today with My 2 kids.. I walked up to the self checkout after I heard the cashier being rude to an elderly man because he didn't see the sighn about a card..so as I walked up to self checkout my son grabbed paper towels to scan (he's 4) she goes hold on a min ill be right with u... I turned around n said ohh I'm sorry I thought ut was self checkout and she told me about the man who didn't read the sighn I said ohh ok take ur time.. well when she finally finished my son went to scan the paper towels and she snatched them out his hand n scaned it n said here u go...n I told my son he can scan other stuff well when we were done I said oh no what did I hit I wanted to type my number in( I really thought I did something I wasn't mean at all) Jenn jumps at me n says if you hold on I can try n fix it I said ok sure.. she yelled at me in front if my kids and says I said hold on.. I said maam you do not have to be so mean I thought I did something she talked over me well yelled over me and Saud you don't have to shop here ..I Saud you are right I don't and after today I will keep that in mind maam... so will u shut up so I can try n fix this for u I'm short staffed n everything is broken... I said excuse me ma'am I didn't do a thing wrong to u I'd appreciate if you didn't be so mean in front of my kids ...as well as I Saud I hope your day gets better... then I just let her keep being disrespectful n telling me I dnt have to shop there...n stopped speaking I swiped my cards she asked what are u paying with 2 I said yes maam n told her to have a great day she said u 2.... I went outside put my stuff in the car n my son wanted a water so I went back in went to self checkout where she was n purchased my water n I said maam I hope ur day gets better ..her reply was u2 I hope ur son doesn't bother u to much.. I said wow never a bother.. good luck to u....

I noticed someone complained about the woman cashier who was on her phone. I know that cashier, and she was on the phone with her manager trying to solve a technical issue with self checkout, because whenever there's an issue they have to try and fix it themselves. I know she was alone for the entirety of her shift, and was there with no break and no help all night, because that was at a time where that store was very understaffed. What else are they supposed to do if someone is there and alone facing a technical issue? I wish people in this area would be more understanding, because these people really do work hard and put up with a lot for their money. Thank goodness the store has a full staff now, so nobody is left alone anymore. Please respect retail employees. They put up with a lot from the public.

Woman cashier rude and hateful when the bell was rang for her service and interrupted her phone conversation she was haven sitting out side the door which she did not hang up she kept the phone glued to her face the whole time never once spoke to my self or the three others in front of my self all because we wonted to pay with card instead of cash on self check out.

They need extra hands. One employee should always be up front & another employee stocking shelves & other duties on the floor. But this ALL THE DOLLAR GENERALS. They need to open up their eyes, instead of running their employees into the ground. This is why the have a high turn over.

Fairly large dollar general, and fairly clean and organized compared to every other day that I have reviewed. Also much better stocked than any other dollar general I have seen as of late. Only interacted with the cashier, who was nice enough. Very pleasant visit overall.

Logan needs a raise. He was the only employee working, had all of the clearance items pulled and displayed neatly, and he was a good way through the Halloween set-up/planogram when I came in. He had a great attitude, was friendly and professional, and rang my purchase up, making this the best Dollar General experience I've had.

If I could I would give this place a 0 star rating i went in there to use the bathroom and the manager said I couldn’t use it unless I bought something I tried to explain to him that I’m pregnant and couldn’t hold it long well he didn’t care at all I wouldn’t recommend going to this dollar general

I went in this store today to grab my husband a drink and fee other things that I needed to pay cash for, and these dang self checkouts now will not accept cash. I waited almost 20 minutes and no one showed up to ring me up so I said forget it and left. Also another thing is I have had a few emergencys where I have needed to go to the dollar general to get some things and they are closed at 4pm in the afternoon. In my opinion they just need to close the doors on this store because this has been going on for months now. If you don't want to work why apply for a job.

Don't know what is going on with this store but the shelves are always empty. You can't get down the isles for the stock stacked up. If you need anything it's in them buggies. This store needs help

Not to mention this store is always a mess and never stocked. I was shopping there today a worker by the Gene was just being the most racist person I have ever encountered In my life. This was just sickening I can not believe this company would allow someone to work there that is like this. Some of the things she was saying I refuse to repeat but I will be contacting the company directly.
