The worst of the worst! The pharmacist does not act like she cares for her job very much relative to the horrible way she treats customers. She does not want to be bothered, incompetent, rude, and is a determent to CVS. Everyone in Marion hates that store because of her. She needs to GO!

The staff are fairly nice but the pharmacist clearly has issues relative to being helpful and nice. She IS NOT! She is useless and only causes grief upon people that need their services. She has got to go!

The pharmacist there is a mean bit** with a capital C, and has no problem wasting peoples time. I took all my prescriptions from therm over to the prescription pad, much nicer people there and they listen they’ll go out of their way to help you. I’ll never deal with that company again.

I got a text my prescription was ready, paid on the app and went to the drive thru as usual with my barcode. After waiting almost 30 minutes I was told at the window my prescription was returned because I didn’t get it in time. The pharmacist came over who didn’t seem to care much about her job or her customers and plainly told me it was going to have to be refilled and I couldn’t wait for it I’d have to come back. I was never told it was returned and there’s such a lack of empathy with the staff is absolutely horrible customer service. Steer clear.

Stay very far away from this pharmacy. They are dangerously understaffed which will put a patient’s healthcare at risk. I work in healthcare and would suggest patients check with their insurance company for mail order prescription delivery. It may will likely be less expensive and have none of the hassle. I feel sorry for the employees who work here because clearly their corporate office has no interest in providing safe healthcare.

I am Latina and I was 9 months pregnant when I went to ask for information about the vaccines and the CVS pharmacy staff refused to give me the information and told me to leave there because they were not going to help me. I asked them why and they told me They said because they didn't want to help me, like that several times while they laughed from behind! the staff is racist and dehumanizedHORRIBLE SERVICE !!!

Awful service they are running a circus or something. Call for refills told be ready in a hour go back next day it's not here did you call? Or doctors called in medicine went 24 hours later to get and said will not be ready til tomorrow.

Terrible service, won’t answer the phone.. one person says prescription will be ready in 15 minutes, then 15 minutes later you’re told they don’t have the medication at all. 10/10 do NOT recommend.

We love our local CVS! The associates are always friendly, professional and courteous, and the prices just can’t be beat! It’s our go to for our medicinal and grocery needs. 5 stars!

One person will say the prescription is ready. Then you go over there to get it and they claim it's not there, when it actually is. You have to ask for a higher up and waste all this time for something that's been ready for days. They need to train their employees better. Once we were told my daughters meds were ready, got there and had to wait 45 mins for them to get it. I only deal with them now because my insurance makes me for one certain med.

Worse pharmacy I’ve ever done business with.A common antibiotic and a common medication that all other pharmacies have has been processing two days . My mother has some major health issues and can’t even get anyone to answer the phone at cvs in two daysliterally has hung on for over an hour and cvs has medication she badly needs “processing” this is the third month in a row they let her run out of medication and it’s uncalled for ….absolutely uncalled forI just called the local pharmacy and had them call cvs and get all my meds transferredNO MORE OF THE HORRIBLE AND UNCATING SERVICE CVS PROVIDES

The very worst experience I have ever had with any store. The people told me 3 different times my meds would be ready and I drove up there just to hear another sad story. They didn’t even act as if they cared. If it was not the only place my insurance would pay I would walk to another store

Service is horrendous. Haven’t had one employee pick up the phone in 3+ hours. They won’t even pick up the phone for the corporate office calling on my behalf! What a joke.

Service here is terrible!! And that's when you can even get service. I have been numerous times in the last 6 months and not once was medicine ready when it was promised. You are a pharmacy first and store second. Providing timely and accurate pharmacy services should be your main goal. I tried to pickup medicine this evening. The drive-thru line was wrapped around building on 3 sides, well past the main entrance. A sign on the door stated pharmacy was drive-thru only, so I couldn't even pick up inside the store. I then sat in line for over 45 minutes only to be told when I finally got to the window that they were closing and I would have to come back tomorrow. No real apology! The tech only stated "the system shuts down automatically at closing time, there is nothing we can do". When asked why someone had not come out to tell all of us in line that they were closing, instead of us continuing to sit and wait, I was told that was against company policy. You know what should be against company policy? Creating a situation where customers cannot get their medication. I showed up well before closing time, I sat in your ridiculous line because you couldn't have the counter open, but then was still denied service due to your failures. This is unacceptable!! This is my final straw, after 15+ years of my business I will be going to a different pharmacy.
