My doctor has to send our prescription in multiple times because they claim the were never sent in even when i get a text saying they have been received to early to fill. Go in 5 days later to get them and they swear my doctor has called them. Request a band on one of my prescription because 1 of off brands taste terrible and make me nauseous. One of Pharmacists is great she understands no problem. The other lady is witch and refuses to change the brand.

Very bad workers, they lost my moms prescriptions and my mom has a bad infection on her teeth she could die if she doesn’t get those medications.

Never have I met a more incompetent group of people that lie to cover their tracks of not doing their jobs properly. What’s the point of calling in early, having to leave a voicemail, only to have them do half their job and only fill
One prescription. Then after confronting they lie and say my voicemail was next to filled and that’s why my other Rx wasn’t ready. So how was one done but not the other. Make it make sense.

Very poor customer service. Disabked vet had ER visit which ER sends over script. Cvs has largest contract with the VA snd they say they can't use my drivers license to file and want to charge 300$ +. I call VA and they say they absolutely can use my license and to use my social. When there, I ask them to call VA group which they file with and they say they have no phone number and ask me for phone number when I inquire . A cornea abrasion is one of the most painful things. I am not one to complain but admit the staff was the absokute least helpful nor cared. They wete not capable of going out of the way to assist a customer. I had called my VA before which said to have ER send script to CVS because it is main provider in community care and they know what to do. My license has veteran on it. On VA website it says they can use any government ID. Anywho I will avoid in the future, but gotta deal with them again today. My wife had previously changed from this CVS to another pharmacy because of very poor service also

pharmacist assistant or whoever older gentleman at window is the worst (supposed) medical professional I’ve met important information regarding pneumonia in a 5 year old. Horrible just horrible establishment also the pony tale gentle man should be talked to.

I always have a good experience when I go to the CVS Marion, North Carolina store. Everyone is very professional and helpful. Yesterday, October 15, was the first time I visited the store since Hurricane Helene, and I was greeted with so much love and concern from Kelly and Ryan. It made me feel very special.

RIDICULOUS!!!
The process to check on a medication over the phone is absolutely nonsense. I should not have to leave a voicemail and wait 5 hours for a call back. Simply to check on a medication a CHILD needs!!

I called corporate today, Greg, and let them know how you are treating their customers. They were disgusted and apologized profusely but I will using another pharmacy from here forward. Why should I be made to call and beg for a prescription status only to be told that you can't help me and then hung up on. I hope CVS fires you when they realized that they are losing thousands of dollars a month not to mention a long standing and loyal customer.

Abhorrent behavior, attitude and lack of professionalism by this Pharmacist, Natalie has me taking my business elsewhere. I can't, for the life of me, understand what makes people so miserable and disrespectful. Probably a sad, meaningless existence and the need to play God because there's no God in her life or she allows someone at home to make her feel small. No matter the reason, it's unacceptable personally and professionally. CVS will (hopefully) catch on to the fact that the rating score here seems to be completely due to HER. Perhaps a few of us should find a way to contact her area supervisor or corporate. They have to at least PRETEND to employ capable people and of course, they ARE losing money over her.

Worst experience I have ever had. I was just embarrassed in front of a store full of people. The pharmacist is a C word that ends with T. They have been filling my scripts for over a year and today I was told she no longer will because "the therapy doesn't make sense." She refused to give me a reason as to why in the hell she would say that. I was told I was raising my voice which I was not but I lowered it to a whisper anyway to appease her and then she said she wouldn't tell me due to my tone of voice. Lady you have not heard a tone of voice yet, I promise you that. I have never felt more humiliated in a store in my life. I went to Walmart in tears and the woman there knew immediately who I was talking about and said that you would not believe some of the stuff they have heard from her or about her and the way she treats people. She is NOT a doctor. She has no right to tell me my therapy doesn't make sense. Mind you, none of my scripts are opiates or drugs that should not be combined etc etc and I have been on them for years. Reading all these other reviews I think CVS is nuts and careless to keep her on staff. Everyone else there has always been kind and respectful to me.
I am DISGUSTED. This is unacceptable and clearly this b i t c h wants to play God or doctor or both. I truly hope she gets fired at some point. DO NOT FILL YOUR MEDICATIONS HERE. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. I can not believe what I just experienced.

The worst of the worst! The pharmacist does not act like she cares for her job very much relative to the horrible way she treats customers. She does not want to be bothered, incompetent, rude, and is a determent to CVS. Everyone in Marion hates that store because of her. She needs to GO!
