I called corporate today, Greg, and let them know how you are treating their customers. They were disgusted and apologized profusely but I will using another pharmacy from here forward. Why should I be made to call and beg for a prescription status only to be told that you can't help me and then hung up on. I hope CVS fires you when they realized that they are losing thousands of dollars a month not to mention a long standing and loyal customer.

Abhorrent behavior, attitude and lack of professionalism by this Pharmacist, Natalie has me taking my business elsewhere. I can't, for the life of me, understand what makes people so miserable and disrespectful. Probably a sad, meaningless existence and the need to play God because there's no God in her life or she allows someone at home to make her feel small. No matter the reason, it's unacceptable personally and professionally. CVS will (hopefully) catch on to the fact that the rating score here seems to be completely due to HER. Perhaps a few of us should find a way to contact her area supervisor or corporate. They have to at least PRETEND to employ capable people and of course, they ARE losing money over her.

Worst experience I have ever had. I was just embarrassed in front of a store full of people. The pharmacist is a C word that ends with T. They have been filling my scripts for over a year and today I was told she no longer will because "the therapy doesn't make sense." She refused to give me a reason as to why in the hell she would say that. I was told I was raising my voice which I was not but I lowered it to a whisper anyway to appease her and then she said she wouldn't tell me due to my tone of voice. Lady you have not heard a tone of voice yet, I promise you that. I have never felt more humiliated in a store in my life. I went to Walmart in tears and the woman there knew immediately who I was talking about and said that you would not believe some of the stuff they have heard from her or about her and the way she treats people. She is NOT a doctor. She has no right to tell me my therapy doesn't make sense. Mind you, none of my scripts are opiates or drugs that should not be combined etc etc and I have been on them for years. Reading all these other reviews I think CVS is nuts and careless to keep her on staff. Everyone else there has always been kind and respectful to me.
I am DISGUSTED. This is unacceptable and clearly this b i t c h wants to play God or doctor or both. I truly hope she gets fired at some point. DO NOT FILL YOUR MEDICATIONS HERE. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. I can not believe what I just experienced.

The worst of the worst! The pharmacist does not act like she cares for her job very much relative to the horrible way she treats customers. She does not want to be bothered, incompetent, rude, and is a determent to CVS. Everyone in Marion hates that store because of her. She needs to GO!

The staff are fairly nice but the pharmacist clearly has issues relative to being helpful and nice. She IS NOT! She is useless and only causes grief upon people that need their services. She has got to go!

The pharmacist there is a mean bit** with a capital C, and has no problem wasting peoples time. I took all my prescriptions from therm over to the prescription pad, much nicer people there and they listen they’ll go out of their way to help you. I’ll never deal with that company again.

I got a text my prescription was ready, paid on the app and went to the drive thru as usual with my barcode. After waiting almost 30 minutes I was told at the window my prescription was returned because I didn’t get it in time. The pharmacist came over who didn’t seem to care much about her job or her customers and plainly told me it was going to have to be refilled and I couldn’t wait for it I’d have to come back. I was never told it was returned and there’s such a lack of empathy with the staff is absolutely horrible customer service. Steer clear.

Stay very far away from this pharmacy. They are dangerously understaffed which will put a patient’s healthcare at risk. I work in healthcare and would suggest patients check with their insurance company for mail order prescription delivery. It may will likely be less expensive and have none of the hassle. I feel sorry for the employees who work here because clearly their corporate office has no interest in providing safe healthcare.

I am Latina and I was 9 months pregnant when I went to ask for information about the vaccines and the CVS pharmacy staff refused to give me the information and told me to leave there because they were not going to help me. I asked them why and they told me They said because they didn't want to help me, like that several times while they laughed from behind! the staff is racist and dehumanizedHORRIBLE SERVICE !!!

Awful service they are running a circus or something. Call for refills told be ready in a hour go back next day it's not here did you call? Or doctors called in medicine went 24 hours later to get and said will not be ready til tomorrow.

Have tried for a week to get anyone on the phone. Need anxiety script filled but they will not answer and going in is debilitating!!!!
