For the first time in a long time I believe I was truly treated fairly and not taken advantage of thanks to Jeff for scheduling it and Danny and his helper for the installation I will certainly recommend this company again. 5 stars worthy.”

“We have used McDowell three times now, twice to replace very large pains of glass that broke When a weed eater threw a rock through the glass doors, and they did such a good job that we had them replaced all the glass panels in the front of our house that had been foggy. We found it so much more economical to replace the Glass pains and they did a wonderful job.”

I pulled into Gerber to see if they could look at it to make sure it was safe for me to drive the remaining 30 miles home. Tonya Williams not only took it for a test drive, but had several mechanics drive it to see what it was. She wasn’t going to let me leave until it had been diagnosed. The mechanic found a bolt that was missing from the previous repair job. They did all this without me having an appointment. And no charge. I would highly recommend them and love how wonderful Tonya is to all her clients.”
