Bought a 2017 titan xd from here for $28,900.... Really liked truck until I drove off the lot and on way home check engine light came on so called them and took by so they can reset codes, turbos went out on diesel motor and after having truck in shop for 2 mths and paying over $5000 out of pocket , Gary gave me $1400 back on repair, still $3600 + on repairs out of my pocket when broke down day I bought it....so I really don't recommend them, yeah I bought as is but come on, soon as I drive off the lot, come on now guys....not to mention I should have read between the lines when Rusty kept telling me nissan extended warranty on turbos, just not the one that went out on me....which sales guys actually said their warranty was to expensive to get and by time I paid for warranty I would probably had paid for repair myself .....this isn't first time I have bought cars from here with issues, I wasn't told my titan had been in a moderate right front collision and another rear collision either when I purchased it.....

These guys are great to work with, we bought a 2012 F-150 and the whole process was easy. Josh helped answer any and all questions we had! We highly recommend this dealership! A few weeks ago I purchased a jeep from Byrds auto sales. At no one’s fault, one week later the check engine light came on. Byrds went above and beyond to fix the mechanical issues with my new vehicle. I am very grateful for everything Gary Byrd and his team did to make sure my car is running efficiently! Highly recommend this place!

I was a little concerned buying a used vehicle from a car lot. Rusty and Josh were amazing and answered all of my questions, they let me test drive it and even walked around and showed me all the features. I was worried my credit wasn’t good enough to buy a vehicle, and still get the payment I wanted…but Byrds came through on that too, and I drove away happy, with my new vehicle. Thanks to Rusty, Josh, and Gary my family will be able to enjoy this vehicle for years to come.

Called and texted and emailed they said they would hold while I drove 100 miles when I got there. They were selling the car. Looked at another one had a dash light on. They said they would check it out when they got to it. As they sat on there butts in the office. I had cash to buy the vehicle. I walked out the door! DON'T WAIST YOUR TIME HERE!In response to your reply there was no other customers on the lot at the time I asked about the light in the dash. Not a single one.

I love byrds...its the best place to get a great used car...I have bought 6 cars and a truck from them and never had one problem. I refer all my family and friends.
