“A year ago my brother became ill. I have had to step in as PoA and do all of his banking needs. Consistently Customer Service Rep. Jade Prince has been a tremendous help to us, we are very grateful! Also, every last teller has also been sweet and helpful. The people at this Truist branch DO care!These bad ratings people are posting about this location are perplexing. Now the bad things being said are things I could say about the Truist Bank in Conyers, Ga. That is the bank location my brother has been with for decades but the Conyers location didn't seem to care how they treated himIF I were to leave my bank since 2007 here in North Carolina this Murphy branch is where I'd go.”
