This is our last time at Lighthouse Auto. We have tried to give them endless opportunities to improve turnover on our vehicles with worsening experiences each time. We have always dropped our vehicles off at or before 8am and have never gotten our vehicles back before 5pm when we were promised they would be ready hours beforehand.

2008 Volvo XC90, alternator failure while on vacation. Ended up at Lighthouse by recommendation of a local resident and it was close by. Overall a very good experience in spite of needing an extra part that took a few days to come in. Would not hesitate to stop again.

Lighthouse Auto is a wonderful auto shop that goes above and beyond. My car broke down and AAA said it would take them an hour to get there. Lighthouse had a wrecker there in minutes and had my car repaired the next day. 5 stars

We were recently in OBX on vacation and had a problem with our truck. David/Lighthouse Automotive went above and beyond to diagnose the issue and repair in a very timely and professional manner. They did a thorough diagnosis to ensure there were no additional problems before we headed back home. Lighthouse came highly recommended by our dealership back home. We were so pleased and appreciative with the repairs that were done. We highly recommend.
