Not friendly at all. I said hello upon entering and neither employee I made eye contact with acknowledged me or said hello. Very poor clothing selection compared to the average thrift store. Fair prices but again, sorry selection and poor customer service. Would not return.

Don't allow disabled people in their store without a mask who are exempt from wearing masks due to health conditions. Also you still have to wear a mask even if you've had the vaccine. ? there were only 3 out of 20+ places who made their own rules and, didn't follow the state guidelines while vacationing here.

The gal that worked here was so polite and it was a pleasure talking with her.The prices are fantastic: $1 DVDs and CDs, T-shirts for $3, you can't beat it!The place is also run for a good cause, so definitely drop by if you're in the area. :)

The Hotline gentlemen just left my home in south Nags Head. I was so impressed with their professionalism, courtesy, and knowledge that I said I'm going straight to YELP now. Xavier and another gentleman were AWESOME. They took everything I had to donate and what they couldn't use they dumpstered for us. The best part of their pickup was that they were here two days after I called and they were on time. If you have large items to donate I highly recommend that you call Hotline. They are THE BEST!!! Thank you!
