This storage facility has been a nightmare. Not only did they not fix the door in a timely manner but I paid them cash in an overnight box and that money was never seen again. So then I changed to actually writing them a check (ugh) and it took two weeks for that to clear. These guys are the absolute worst. I’ve seen the owner. He’s loves his ? ? ?
