My brother has had a few units here for years. Rent was always paid up. Then they up and "accidentally" empty one of them and "threw" his belongings away! Yeah, right! Coins, antiques and several other valuables. Not to mention irreplaceable memorabilia like pictures of his children, their childhood keepsakes and cherished items from his childhood, too. After they called him to tell him what they had done, he has received no other communication from them. No response to emails or certified mail, either. Shady, shady, shady...

Well I have been with this storage company for almost a year and had no problems but now I have been trying to pay my bill and nobody will answer the phone even though I call during business hours, nobody will call me back even after I leave voicemails over and over and even after sending emails I still haven’t heard from them. I even tried paying my bill online and that won’t work either. I would had highly recommended this company until after dealing with this. It is so unprofessional and I will be letting everyone know how they have treated me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! So for an update I just drove to Harris mini storage after calling all day and they are suppose to be open till 5 and it is 3:30 and they are done closed after calling all day. I bought a vehicle on eBay that was stored there until picked up. The owners and staff were very responsive and incredibly helpful. They really went the extra mile and proved that customer service still matters. Highly recommend!

My unit got broken into..all they could say is..we are not liable....hate this place..my family treasures all stolen and they dont even lift an eyebrow to help...worst place ever

This place is horrible. The gate only works occasionally, and you can't get in touch with anyone. Very little and poor lighting. The inaccessibility is the biggest problem.
