Once we got our meat back, it had pieces of bone in it.... if it was one piece, well okay. Thst is not the case. Me and my family find bone pieces in every. Single. 2lb pack of hamburger meat. Its actually unacceptable, because there's always ALWAYS pieces of un-edible material, in every taco/ hamburger whatever we use the meat for.

Where to start? If I could rate them a zero I would. Ordered half a cow cut up into steaks, hamburger and roasts. Got 160 lbs of meat. A bit low I have been told by other processors. Cost,1300. Avg cost 8.50 a lbs. Wanted 1 in thick ribeye got less than 1/2 inch thick. More a breakfast steak, 6 of them. Got 4 fillets cut same way. Had 94 lbs of hamburger. Had it all weighed on meat scales not a bathroom scale as was stated to us on the phone that we most likely did making the weight wrong. Asked for 2 lb packs of hamburger came 1 to 1.5 packs very fatty burger. Had this priced 2 other places for exactly what we got even with the horrible thin cuts of steaks. Both other places stated around 800 to 850. That's 3 dollars less per lb avg. Priced this at three different grocery stores with thicker than 1/2 inch thick steaks as we recieved and the most expensive was only 950. A cost of 5.94 per lb. I am a proponent of helping local but not when they outright scam you. We were told our cost would be between 3.50 t0 4 per lb. Not 8.50. Also the roasts were all 2 lbs or less. Also a bit smaller we were told. So do not reccomend them for anything.
