Lots are small but a great location for a home base and day trips. Hosts are very nice. The store has amazing items.

Nice central location in Maggie Valley for Hiking, motorcycling, or just relaxing. The owners, Richard and Stacy are awesome hosts. Mostly 50 plus crowd with some seasonal sites. Both the store and sites are maintained well.
