“This is our second stay & we will definitely keep coming! Great location, in the middle of the many places on Soco in Maggie Valley, and right beside Pop’s, which is a mandatory breakfast stop. It’s also across from the event grounds, where most of the car/bike events are held, so it’s a great location.
The rooms are big & super clean. The porch rockers are perfect to sit & watch the mountain (bring binoculars & hunt the goats!!) & talk with other guests.
There are grills, a fire pit, picnic tables, pool & playground. All clean & beautifully maintained.
Maggie Valley is a motorcycle destination, so be ready to see bikes everywhere. I think we were 1 of 2 groups not on bikes at the motel. They leave buckets of towels/rags to dry off your bike when the rains come. I think that’s a nice touch.
The best part of the rooms is how quiet they are! Once you’re in, you don’t hear a peep! The porch lights go off about 10, and it’s sleepy time!
The rooms have a TV, microwave, fridge, hairdryer, hanging clothes rack, dresser & plenty of outlets. The mattresses are sooooo comfy!
This is an older motel that has been well maintained. Do not go expecting a resort. Do go expecting clean, quiet & friendly.
Can’t wait for our next visit. Oh!! Be sure & watch for elk!! We finally saw one!!”

“I have stayed here twice now and ended up in the same room both times! It is a suite, and they are pet friendly which is a HUGE bonus since my dog travels with us. Very nice place. Each suite has it's own pair of rocking chairs and table so you can sit out in the evening or morning and relax and chat. There is a very large and covered sitting area in the middle of the parking lot. They also have a nice bar/restaurant attached to the hotel that has live music on Saturday evenings. Pretty good food. I enjoy the burgers. I wish the water pressure for the shower was a little higher, but other than that I can not complain. The suite is amazing. Living room with seating for 4, plus a 2 chair table so you could do 6. Also a seat in the bedroom you could pull in to push to 7 if you wanted to. Full size Fridge/Freezer, 4 burner stove, sink, microwave, and coffee pot. Also a king sized bed. Great room. Looking forward to returning.”

“Genuinely great motel. The owner is very attentive, and we needed late checkout, then decided to rent another night and needed late checkout the next day, and he never batted an eye. He worked with us and made sure it all worked out. We had some pretty noisy neighbors and he was more than willing to let us change rooms.
As for the room, you know you're paying for some crazy suite or something, but you Definitely get your money's worth. Comfortable clean beds, a nice clean bathroom, and the AC was definitely putting in overtime with the summer heat, but still kept us cool. Plus you can't beat this location, walking distance from some great food and places. Will be staying here again next time.

Rooms: Clean, simple, and comfortable, exactly what we needed.

Walkability: Easy 10 minute or less walk for food and bars, and gift shops

Food & drinks: So many choices, legends and salty dogs for a drink and some bar food, Mexican just another 2 minutes from the hotel.”

“My sister and I enjoyed staying at the Ramada by Wyndham in Maggie Valley. The gentleman behind the desk was courteous and helpful, our room clean and comfortable with all the amenities needed (fridge, coffee pot, microwave, hair dryer). The breakfast provided each morning had a nice variety of good food. The location was perfect for us! We intend to stay here again.

Rooms: Our room faced Soco Road and the mountains, had 2 queen beds. There were nice appliances - coffee pot, fridge, microwave, hair dryer - the beds were comfortable.

Nearby activities: Restaurants and shopping are close. There's a great putt-putt course nearby, also!

Safety: We liked having our door enter from an interior hallway. Two women traveling alone need the extra level of safety this affords. The front sliding glass doors were secure, also.”
