“I had abnormal brake sounds. They were busy but I was told to bring it in for a safety inspection, if it was too unsafe to drive they would try to squeeze me in for repairs. Turned out to be a minor issue with normal wear and tear so an appointment was scheduled to fix it. Customer safety seems to be a high priority for them.”

“I went to the Indian dealer as I was having issues with my rear tire, it needed to be replaced, and I was on a trip. Either the manager or the owner was outside moving bikes and was extraordinarily nice while telling me he could not help me until the next day. He was extremely apologetic and understood he was delaying my trip. He explained to me he only had one technician, and there were people ahead of me and he could not get to my motorcycle until the next day. I want to applaud his willingness to help and his honesty at not being able to help. That showed a lot of integrity as far as I was concerned.”

“My car was making a weird noise, so I took it to waynesville tire. I'm not the most car savvy, and I was worried that I was going to have a very costly repair in my near future. The man at the front said he could take a look, and within 20 minutes or so he came back with an answer. Apparently, a small rock had gotten stuck in the rotor, which was causing the noise. I asked if I owed anything and he said nope! I will absolutely be bringing my car here from now on. The fact is he could have made up some repair and charged me for something unnecessary, but instead he was honest and saved me from spending a lot of money (that I don't really have). I'm not gonna go anywhere else from now on. Thank you so much!!!”
“Jamie’s was great! We had an engine problem on I-40 and couldn’t continue. Our insurance company had the car towed to Jamie’s Automotive around 6pm. They diagnosed it, got parts and installed them before leaving. This was after closing time! The owner delivered our car to the motel, 2 miles away, on his way home! Super service. We made it home with no problems today. Reliably repaired.”

“Rick is a absolute pro and very generous. Seems to really enjoy what he does and his years of experience make him a real gem. I stopped by for an estimate after I hit a poorly located curb and messed up the bumper of my beautiful convertible sports car. He literally fixed it in 5 minutes. It had buckled in and he figured out that it was just caught on something internally and he snapped it back into place. Used some magic product to get the scuff marks off of the bumper and you can barely tell it happened. Refused to accept payment and sent us on our way with a handshake and a smile. We will use Rick for sure if we ever need any repairs in the future. We need more Ricks out there!”

“We were on a Moto trip to the Blue ridge Mountains and Wheels Through Time. One in our group did a search and we found Steve's Cycle Center. AS we love a good adventure and we are all avid vintage Motorcycle & Car enthusiasts we gambled and stopped in. We had no idea what were we getting into and the "quick stop" turned into a 2+ hour tour. Steve's hospitality was amazing. And his knowledge of his collection and the history behind each piece is worth the stop alone. Then add in some of the stories from his Carreer as a NASCAR fueling tech... and you got yer self one heck of a fun afternoon. I have no idea the hours, and if Steve will be there, but if you get lucky and you catch the man there, you might just learn something and you will be amazed at the depth of Steve's collection! Whooo Doggie!

Bringing Life to My Salvaged 94 Geo Tracker!!!The difficulty here is IMPOSSIBLE to explain!!!!Max found the engine in less then an hourSomething no other mechanic was able to do(EXTREMELY RESOURCEFUL)!They replaced the engine, alternator, and clutch while also having to overcome multiple adversities!(EXTREMELY TENACIOUS)!The Tracker runs like new!If they can do this to a salvaged vehicleImagine what they can do for yours!Thank You so Much guys for bringing my DREAM to life!!Well Done Guys!!”
