Lauren was a pleasure to deal with and was very helpful with the process and steps we had to take with the insurance claim. The Highlander was repaired with OEM parts and the paint matched perfectly. When we picked it up it was sparkling clean. They even polished the dingy yellow plastic headlights so clear l thought they were new. We were very happy with the repair work Vaughn's did and would recommend them highly........

I've been a customer of Vaughn and also sent referrals. Someone else must be running the shop now. I was waiting to have a mirror replaced. The insurance company only paid for an aftermarket part. She said she would order my mirror and bill back the insurance company. I never asked her to do this. 4 times I went to check...over several months to see if the part had arrived. Each time, she said she couldn't find it. After about 5 months of checking, she got an attitude with me and told me to go to another body shop. It was absolutely unprofessional, as I never asked her to do what she said she was going to do.

Todd does excellent work. He will work with you if you don't have full insurance coverage to give you the best and most affordable price and he also works with most insurance companies. Todd and his crew are very down to earth guys and explain everything they need to do in simple, easy to understand words for those of us with little to no knowledge of what the difference is between a fender and a quarter panel. They do excellent work and have repaired several of my vehicles. I don't go anywhere else

Well I have had good experiences with them in the past but now Vaughn Motors want answer your calls and if someone does answer the phone, they say Todd Vaughn has to call me back and he never does. I have been trying to get some body work done for over two months and I have yet to speak to Todd Vaughn. I have sent people to Vaughn Motors on multiple occasions and they all say Todd is unreachable.
