Only reason it gets 1 star is it’s the least you can give. Bought many products from here over the last 2 years. Bought a vape on a Tuesday. Opened it on Thursday and by Saturday it needed charging. Would not charge so I tried another cord and still same issue. Went to the store on a Sat and the guy working looked as he had no idea how to handle it. Yet he placed on charger and then tried to take a puff off of it. Gross!! Told me to come back another day when someone else was working and they could help. Came back on Monday and this time I’m told to come back on Wednesday or Thursday and someone could take care of it. Come back Thursday and the 3rd employee takes a look at it and also hooks it up and says the charging port is bad as well and then tried to take a hit off of it himself. Once again gross. I ask for the managers phone number and I’m only given a email. Email this person 2 times and a week later no response. Send a message over their google app and I’m told I’m speaking to the manager while the whole time I’m outside looking through the window and one of the employees that couldn’t help me texting me saying he is the manager. Place is a total joke. Carry your business somewhere else. Your money isn’t valued here at all. To be honest if you can wait 2-4 days for the product you want you can purchase off line from actual manufacturer and they will stand behind the product you buy that’s even cheaper than in this store.

I have been a regular customer for four years. I always buy 3-5 cartons at a time. Two weeks ago, I bought 3 cartons and later that day when I got them out of my car, I discovered that one carton was missing 6 packs of cigarettes. When I called the store, another employee told me they would have to look at their videos to see if someone had taken the packs out and not replaced them. They told me they would get back with me in 48 hours. That never happened. I called several times over the next two weeks and kept getting the runaround. It became apparent to me that these people have no interest in keeping their regular customers. I will NOT be doing business there any more.

I wish that I could do 5 stars but the amount of times I’ve bought dud vapes and not been able to get a replacement or some kind of reimbursement is ridiculous. Been shopping here for 2 years now and it’s getting old. Other than that great place for all your smoking needs.

Not much of a selection of “iced” or menthol juices (if any, the staff couldn’t find any) and the staff member didn’t seem knowledgeable about the products. Don’t get me wrong, he was super nice though.
