My mom bought an EV from here and was told they had a charger for it which she hasn't received. When I went with her to drive it home I noticed bald dry rotted tires. I mentioned it and he said they past inspection as he tried to hide them from my mom to see. Very frustrating not to get to drive the car for weeks as we are looking for tires which are only made for that vehicle bmwi3

Smart Chevrolet service department has been outstanding! Carmel is our go to advisor for taking care of all of our needs. We have several GM vehicles and run a business with most of those. Every time there’s and issue Carmel always steps up and makes sure we are taken care of from the beginning to the end and even after. So if you need vehicle services or repairs make sure you go to Smart Chevrolet and see Carmel she will get you taken care of!!

Not very impressed. My truck had smells of burning oil, of course the dealership didn't smell. My truck had what felt like slipping gears or slipping transmission. But the dealership didn't find anything wrong.The truck seem to have slowed takeoff and still does as well as the other things. But the dealership didn't find anything wrong.Yet it was very expensive to have a check done and nothing be found. It was kind of very expensive for just oil change and tire rotation. Not sure if I'm interested in going back yet.

bought a truck with them and super cars direct bc they do business together and they are the worst dealership’s I’ve ever deal with they put down on the pay off numbers way more than what it should had been but they say I would just get the money back but they took so long to pay off my trade that I had to pay some money and I had to call many times for them to refund my money and after 3 months finally got my money so be carful doing business with this place and whatever they sell is junk ? I had to do full service on my $40k truck ??

Stay away, Very deceptivePurchased a car from this dealership, was told all fees for taxes and tags were included, was charged a dealer fee for processing the paperwork only to get a limited registration and to pay an additional tax fee to get permanent plates.Now paying the tax isn’t the problem. The problem is being told everything will be taken care of that’s why we charge you a fee, all I had to do was put the plates on my car. I should have been told that we don’t pay the property tax portion and you will have to pay that, then to be told I should have known that, how would I know that if I’m being told everything will be done for you, that’s what the processing fee was forWorst customer service ever, want to blame me for your lack of knowledge and not notifying customersF in my book…

Fix your old POS car before you buy one from here. They disregard offers, change prices, and mislead customers without any explanation or customer interaction. I'd ride a bike before I dealt with these clowns

I bought a car there and was given a car fax showing no accidents and was told it had no damage. It was just in an accident and low and behold... existing damage that quite literally anyone who knows cars would have seen.( I don't hence my misplaced trust. ) when I originally bought it, I asked them to give me a new tire because one tire was bald and to replace the battery on the keyless remote and they acted like to was the biggest ask. It also had a broken back gate but they wanted me to pay to fix that. Not to mention them overcharging for it anyway but I needed a car and everything is expensive. They could at least be honest and act like they care about the people's lives they are putting in these broke down cars. They clearly don't and I would recommend no one buy from here.

In September of 2021, My fiancée bought a 2015 Lexus Es350h from this dealership. I was concerned about warranty coverage for the Hybrid Battery. I raised these concerns, so they sold me a warranty with it that they PROMISED (on more than one occasion) would cover the Hybrid battery. (They told me it was part of the “power train” and covered under the warranty) Fast forward 2 years, the Hybrid battery starts to go, and I re read the warranty coverage to find out that the Hybrid Battery is not covered. I gave 2 stars because the actual buying process was pleasant enough. But we were most certainly deceived and now are stuck either getting a new vehicle or covering a $5,000 repair. I originally was going to come back here to buy a new vehicle for myself because I did enjoy how easy (I believed) it was.READ YOUR WARRANTIES VERY THOROUGHLY, SEARCH COMMOM PROBLEMS WITH THE VEHICLES, AND MAKE SURE THEY’RE COVERED.Because at the end of the day dealerships just want to move cars and make money.

I bought a van from here that they said passed NC inspection and was shipped to me in VA. When I took it to be inspected in VA it failed and was deemed unfit to drive…after we’d already been driving it for a month while we waited on the license to arrive. Our mechanic said there is no way it could have possibly passed NC inspection. The tires Smart Chevrolet said they put on it new were actually old and one was not appropriately sized for the large van. I tried reaching out to multiple people in Smart Chevrolet, and while they seem polite on the phone, they have no follow-up, have offered no restitution, and to my knowledge have done nothing disciplinary. I would not trust their service department to service or inspect vehicles. I would not trust their sales department which seems to not care if they are selling unsafe vehicles.

If you thinking about buying a vehicle from here please make sure u carefully look at it and find the things that are wrong with it before purchasing it and let them know. I bought a vehicle from here and my radio in my car was messed up they agreed to fix it. Waited for a new radio to come in for weeks once it did it was the wrong one so they took mine out and left me without a radio for weeks.. when the right one came in they messed it up putting it in. I was told that they would order me another and once it came in they would give me a call. I waited months never heard anything. I called up there and a lady in services told me she would look into it. By now it’s going on over 6 months of me purchasing the vehicle Finally she called me back stating that I would need to leave my vehicle overnight I advised her that I can’t leave my vehicle overnight due to its my only transportation to work and everything. I was told she would see what could be done and I’m yet to hear back.. Called up there two days go spoke to a guy in service dept that was very rude and gave him my number and name and he said she would call me back the next day. It’s been two days still haven’t heard anything.. this is pass being frustrated on top of how many times already I have had to take my car up there. It’s ridiculous being that they messed up the radio they put in it. If the shoe was in the other foot they would just want there radio fixed right also..you can’t see anything on the left hand side of the radio and it’s starting to just jump from screen to screen and calling people if I have my phone Bluetooth to it..

This was the absolute worst experience buying a car that I've ever had. Let's start with Adam the salesman, we go to test drive and there's no gas in the car. He takes me on this street and keeps reminding me of the speed limit. All is well because I was afraid to run out of gas so it was real quick. When we get back there's the finance dept who tried to give me a 521 car payment which would make this car double in price after its paid for. Thanks Capital One for my offer. Then I sign the papers and take some home for my aunt to sign because my trade was in both of our names. Well on the way home (4 hour drive)there were some issues and I called the next day which would be a Saturday after taking it to to a local shop(another dissatisfaction). They wanted to push back the repair until 7/18. I went back 7/9 for them to tell me it was something else and not the power steering. They ordered a part or tires and wanted me to come back the next day. 8bhad to go home so i could go to work. Never did they offer to give me a loaner so they could fix my car and not have me drive 8 hours. When i came back 7/11 they worked on it and when it was time to go i asked the service man about the power steering. The man from the service dept took a ride and heard the noise. They keep talking about buying a used car but I've bought a used car before and drove it for 8 years. If this car wasn't fully inspected between the time they received it and the time I signed for it they should have had the decency to hold it for a few days to make sure it was not going to break down on me the before my first payment. Bad customer service and they don't care what they sell you. As is is just that but when you purchase a car you don't think it's going to be a death trap. Don't buy from these people. They are not honest and will not even try to help you out. All they did was put a bandaid on the problem and not fix the problem.
