We had a positive experience today @ O’Reilly’s auto in Madison NC ! In September of 2023 my husband spent 100’s of $$ there and he purchased a rebuilt compressor for his car, and last week there was an issue with it so, I called and spoke Earl the mgr he went above and beyond to help us. We returned that compressor and had Earl order us a brand new one and paid the difference. I just want to let you know Earl is an asset to O’Reilly in Madison and we will certainly be back when we need something. Thanks Again Earl

Chris was working Labor Day. He put new wiper blades on my Honda. I have mobility issues. Nice young man. Thank you for being patient and understanding of a senior citizen! ?

Great Service and Great people so friendly and always help with what you need and if they don't have it they will try their best to get it and always have the part when they tell you it will be there and prices are great

Called and had a part ordered and was told it would be ready in an hour. Went to the store and found out the wrong part was ordered so now I have to wait until tomorrow to get the part while my car is currently jacked up waiting on said part ….
