I 100% would recommend this place to anyone that is looking for not only a car but a honest and genuine car buying experience. Brian was personable, patient and humble. He very easily explained everything to us in lamen terms for us to understand. He explained everything to us in extensive detail so we knew what we were purchasing. We valued the honesty, and the patience he had with us when we were figuring out our insurance (tech issues on their end) and overall kindness. Look no further, buy your car here!
I wanted to add; we peeked in other cars we were not looking at, but all of the cars in his lot are in ideal condition and honestly all the interiors looked brand new! Very hard to come by at a big brand name dealership, especially with the great experience we had.

I recently purchase a Volvo XC60 from Brian and hands down 100% would recommend him to anyone searching for a new or used vehicle. Start to finish he made the experience pleasant and reassuring. I came late in the afternoon and he wound up staying with me until after 10:00 pm to complete the process. I was apologetic for keeping him so late and he wouldn’t hear it. He said he was doing what he loved and wouldn’t have it any other way. The way he conducts his business and the passion he obviously provides shows this to be true. Since the purchase I have stayed in contact with Brian and he even called weeks after the purchase to check in and see how I was doing, not just the vehicle but me. Genuinely one of the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting and working with. Thank you Brian!

Just bought a 2015 Volvo V60 from Brian and I could not have been happier with the service and car! I live in New York and throughout the buying process Brian was always on point, responsive and honest. I flew in and Brian picked me up from the air port, brought me directly to the dealership where the car was clean and waiting. We finished the buying process quickly and I was on my way. All the vehicles on the lot were 5 star quality just like the service I received. I highly recommend Importacar and give them 5 stars!

I bought an Audi Q5 from Brian and it was a smooth process from start to finish. The car was in EXCELLENT condition and he was very honest and helped me with a trade in to another dealer in the area. Would highly recommend and would love to work with Brian again in the future.

My husband and I have been members of the Importacar “family” since we purchased our first car from Brian in 2008 and EVERY CAR SINCE for a reason (most recently yesterday). I remember leaving the lot knowing that we would be customers for life. I always felt somewhat intimidated when visiting car lots alone- but not at Importacar. I immediately felt his love of cars and people. Over the years, his passion continues to shine through his “work”. He always answers my questions, gives me his honest input (yes- if you are in need of a vehicle that offers fuel efficiency and the one you “want” does not he will tell you the truth), and most importantly- I have never felt taken advantage of....his transparency is refreshing. Brian is truly one of kind. I wish everyone could have the Importacar experience. I’ve referred my sisters, parents, and several friends (even strangers who have commented on our vehicles) to Importacar because I know they will be taken care of and not be pressured or disrespected. If you're looking for a top of the line vehicle and you want to be treated life family this is the place to go. We are from Alabama and my hubby and i drove to North Carolina to get a Nissan Rouge. From the friendship made with the salesman and the quality of the vehicle I'd make the drive again. AND I'd highly recommend all friends and family there as well. God is good all the time and all the time God is good!

Brian is the real deal. Courteous, professional and considerate. We worked out practically the whole deal over email. I was able to just show up, test drive the car and sign the paperwork. The whole process felt relaxed and I ended up with a great deal for the exact car I wanted. I couldn't recommend this dealership any more. Fantastic all around.
