I was traveling from South Carolina home to Virginia. I broke down on the side of the road. Had no idea where to have my car towed until a lady passing by suggested Hand Service Center. I'm so glad she did. He diagnosed my problem quickly, ordered the part and had my car fixed by my next day off work, since I had to drive almost 2 hours back to get it. His price was under what I expected. The day we broke down, his daughter even drove us a couple miles down the road to a fast food place to wait for our ride back home. Highly recommend

Great service, great pricing. Very compassionate people. I'm from out of town and my van broke down about 30 minutes away from the shop. Chris stayed late to make sure I got it towed and to find out what was going on. Being as though I had 3 young children with me he made sure to fix my van in a quick manner and I made it back SC safely! We have even considered towing our other vehicles from SC to them!
