Zero for customer service. 4 stars for the actual store. With a few exceptions (a couple of the women and the manager), this store has the most unfriendly staff I’ve ever seen. No greeting, no thanks, no nothing. They act put out to have to deal with a customer. They look like the unhappiest group ever. Yesterday, the girl at the register continued her conversation with another employee through my entire transaction. Never acknowledged me once, except to ask if I wanted a receipt. An older lady there, maybe another manager, just looks mad every time she is up front and she couldn’t be less friendly in the check stand. On the plus side, the actual manager is pleasant, so he must not be aware of how his staff is. And, the store is clean and has a lot of merchandise. The options out here are limited, so we just have to put up with it, I guess. I go to the Dollar Tree by Walmart when I am out that way so I can avoid this group.

It was so hott in there turn the Air down for your customers and employees and the cashier was so rude Wish I had gotten her name.

Upset that the prices went to $1.25. It should be the dollarish tree now.Over all, the employees are very helpful and a great selection.

Love the store but you need to tell your employees to keep the chit chat to a min at the register (especially when there’s only 1 individual working) and keep it moving it’s ridiculous I have to stand in line for 15 min just to hear you talk about nothing. call them after work if you wanna have a full blown conversation

Sunday 09/19/2021 @5:04pm miss Sharon was my sales associate. She was very sweet kind caring considerate and thoughtful. My 5 year old and myself had came in. My son wanted $1 nerf gun and I was purchasing 2 birthday cards. They were 2 for $1. Total came to $2.14 I was 17 cents shy. I apologized and told her I'd put one of the cards back. She without hesitation, with the kindness of her heart offered to pay the 17 cents for me. I thanked her multiple times and my son (5years old) even told her thank you and have a blessed day. My heart was filled with joy and warm and smiling. To know that she (miss. Sharon is a great person and a heart of gold. Very kind caring thoughtful and generous and I smiled at my son bc I feel like I'm doing something right when my 5 year old son told her thank you and to have a blessed day. I hope that she knows in her heart that she made a difference in my life todat and I hope dollar tree will honor her in some way bc ahe truly deaerves it. Thanks again. Tall have a blessed day
