I needed to get a document notarized for college at the last minute. The manager, Ms. Bullins, made time for me and helped me meet my deadline by notarizing my document on short notice. This is just one more reason we use Truist Bank.

This branch lied to me about closing an account down. Then hit me with Low balance fees and overdraft fees due to the low balance fees. Back to back and repeatedly. When called to confront the branch that they still haven't closed said account. I was told it would be done. Months later still not closed, fees keep going up. I then called the 1-800 customer service line they told me they would make the correction and apologized. That correction never happened. Then i seen that account finally disappear off my Truit app, thought they finally corrected and close it. Then bam I'm hit with a transaction of 230.22 because of the balance due to them. This was completely their error to fix. But NO I suffered the repercussions from their issues and lies. I expect resolution immediately! You can't steal from someone when it's your company's fault.

Charges me $12 a month now since I got let go from work and don’t have direct deposit. Just what I need when I don’t have a job anymore. Went here to get large bills and they had too few 100s and 50s. Sometimes arbitrarily declines debit purchases which is completely unacceptable.
