“My wife was broke down due to a battery issue while in Norilna. I told her to stop by AutoZone to have them check it. Tim went out to car and found that it was the battery that was bad. He put battery in my wifes car all while smiling. Once the battery was installed my wife tried to give him a tip. He immediately turned her down than told her it was his pleasure to help her. “Came here the previous November, had never been here before but am EXTREMELY happy with their work and they’re HONEST! They broke everything down financially for me in fixing my front bumper, mentioned things that could wait for repair, after hitting a deer, vs. things that couldn’t wait for functionality. & when asked during the same visit, they fixed up my back bumper connection & paint with absolute minimal added cost.
