Here lately they do not want to answer their phone to help anyone. Someone will pick up and speak so fast you can't even catch it before you're put on hold again or just hang up completely. I waited for 2 hours and got hung up on 5 times!!! Ridiculous!

Call pharmacy they put me on hold 5 times.. so when the music is over and the phone rings and just put me back on hold. So unprofessional and irritating!

the absolute best customer service ever , there so sweet Hailey is one of the sweetest girls there she's so nice every time I got as well as Cassidy and Marika I remember there names because they are sweet hearts , me and my wife love this pharmacy

I'm homebound due to a car accident. I have been trying for two weeks to get someone on the phone to get my medication for my high blood pressure. I hang up at 30 minutes of waiting. I left CVS for the same issues. I'm having with Walgreens. They are all the same horrible service.

I don't normally use the Walgreens in Lumberton because when I did use them they would screw something up about 50% of the time. So now I drive an extra 20 miles one way to NOT use them. But this time I am between a rock and hard place. I had a hip replacement and am limited to how much I can drive( was told not to). I figured how bad can they screw it up. It is Thursday December 29 and my Ortho Doc called in a script for Oxycodone for the obvious pain management. I received a text saying there was a hold because of an insurance issue. Not to worry, I would go in personally and take care of it. I go in on Friday, December 30 at 3:30pm. I was told they had the issue fixed and would have the script filled in an 1/2 an hour. I go back at 4pm and was told they could not fill the script because they were not accepting new Pain Management Patient and because I have never had a Oxycodone script filled there before I would have to call my Otho Doc to send the script someplace else. I pointed out that it is Friday afternoon at 4pm in front of the biggest weekend of the year and how much luck did she think I would have. She said it was not her problem, nothing to be done. So many questions, 1) if this is their policy why did they accept the script in the first place? 2) why couldn't they have told me when I first went in? 3) it is a one time thing got God's sake. They left me hanging, no help. Now I have to bother all my friends and family to go through their medicine cabinets to keep me half way conferrable. Thanks for nothing Walgreens. I am documenting all of this so if I die through some pain management issue my family will not have to worry.

I can't speak for the retail side of this Walgreens but the pharmacy side of this Walgreens is absolutely trash I've gone here three different times trying to pick up medicines at my doctors have called in and they claim that they have not gotten it in just to be met by a long lines of customers who are having the same issues that I am they say it's their systems but who knows they never answer their phone and blame it on system issues my doctor got frustrated with this whole thing and just told me to go to a different pharmacy would not recommend

I have been on a prescription for at least 10 years and this pharmacist because I questioned him through my insurance company refused to fill my prescription.They have a sheet of paper there anybody in that store can read about what's you're taking what you're not taking and I have to sign off every time and then below the paper is where the pharmacist can tell a doctor I don't agree with the medication here's an alternative this medicine that I was on was put on by an a neurologist I would never step into another Walgreens again

The Walgreens in Lumberton in at the corner of Fayetteville Rdis the worst Walgreens I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with I have been a customer at Walgreens since the mid-80s since 1995, I have always been able to count on Walgreens customer service and prompt handling any issues did I would have but not at this one, I moved to the Lumberton in February over year and a half ago and I count on my prescriptions to be filled and ready, if there was ever any issues the pharmacist made it a point their responsibility to call my coordinator of pain management and handle it and you know prompt and very courtesy and with Absolutely no problem that is never been the case at the one on Fayetteville Road in Lumberton, since I had major brain surgery and four strokes OK could not I can't drive I can't walk very far in the time I've never been so disappointed with any Walgreens as long as I have been dealing with you!!!! I have asked the pharmacist several times to make a call and have this straightened out initially so I don't have this issue any longer but the only reason it gets done is because I have to do it and that also has never been the case I'm really sorry to have had too write this review on this particular Walgreens and Lumberton on fave road and I also wrote read several other corresponding notes or letters to Walgreens from other patients or customers and they have had the exact same problem most of the time. I've never felt the need to speak this way about a pharmacy that has always been very courtesy and prompt and always handle of the problem is soon is they realized it and most of them I didn't hear anything about it, I really don't understand the issue with this particular one but it needs to be handled properly in a very timely manner thank you the owners of Walgreens or whoever it is the coordinator and or whoever has the power to fire her her two people working in there and I'm going to continue deride one like this every month until it's fixed I Hopis I hope I never have to write this again ever because it's very embarrassing guy even though it is not my responsibility or job to do so but something has to be changed I live about 2 1/2 miles from this Walgreens on forever Road in Lumberton and I can't walk to an a half miles if my life depended on it if I were able to drive I assure you I would never deal with this particular Walgreens ever again my son in my grand boys live in Saint Pauls and they are very capable and more than willing to handle the problem every time I've had to, with no questions with no misunderstanding in anyway shape or form my name is James. This is by far the WORST Walgreens I've ever been to! Normally I have always liked Walgreens but at this location they are rude and unorganized. It always takes an hour or more to fill a prescription. I live in town so this is not a one time issue I have had issues with the Pharmacy almost every time I used them. I have moved my prescriptions and I warn anyone else that they are not a good location!
