I had appt. for 13:00 on Friday. Arrived 30 minutes late, but the load was not ready. I was loaded at 19:30. Went to Scale on I-74... 17 miles away. Tanks on my truck were 1/4 full. Total weight 81100 lb. In BOLs the weight was 39300 lb. Returned to shipper at 20:10. The facility was Closed. I Had to wait till 7:00 next morning Saturday. The woman was very rude and refused to unload and said my truck was very heavy. And Did not agree to unload those over 1100 lb. Abd literaly chased me away. I managed to get to receiver and unload my load, but even 1 star is too much for this place ... The restroom was also closed all the time when I was there.

Had me to a door early but didn't start on me until my appointment time. Once they did start, they got me empty very quickly. Easy backing with lots of room both for their staging area and their doors. They have about 20 parking spots in their Staging area, and they do allow overnight parking. They lock their restrooms when they shut down for the day, though. Can get checked in starting at 07:30 day of appointment. Overall I'd be happy to come back here again.

Trucks can stay overnight outside the gate. Very big star for this. Shipping receiving opens at 7:30 AM. My appt was for 1PM, checked in at 7:30, got my dock right away, loading finished before 10AM. For a freezer I consider this an excellent score.

Check in is by door 12 there is a staging area for truckers it’s ok to stay overnight. There’s plenty of grass too for your fur babies. I got a door right away. They have pretty clean bathrooms for the drivers. They are not open 24 hours. So you won’t have access to the bathrooms until they open at 7:30 am.

Checked in at 9:45am for a 10:00 appointment and got loaded within two hours. Bathrooms were clean and they have a nice driver’s lounge. Staging area outside of the fence was easy to park and so were the docks.

My appt. was at 1:00 pm, arrived at 11:00 received a dock right away, off loaded 27 pallets, 45 min. later, empty. Plenty of parking, rest room etc. Awesome

It seemed like befor that it was back-and-forth as to how fast you got loaded period now it seems like you wait more often than not to get loaded. I got here 45 minutes ahead of my appointment time and it's now almost 2 hours past my appointment time & I still haven't been back to the door. Seems like they're getting slower.The people that work the door (18) that I'm getting loaded at all went home. One of the guys that loads doors 1-5 finished his work & instead of making the people stay that were supposed to load me they pulled him down to load me. They need to change some things. Productivity is becoming subpar down here. Backed to door 2.75 hours after appt. Only 2 trucks (me & another) when they let everyone go home.Many times they would have the product pulled & labeled before appt time. Sometimes have to wait on USDA. Now the loads aren't even pulled before appt time.At Case Farms they have many of the loads pulled & ready the day before.This was supposed to be my morning load at 0730... but thanks to Lumberton I'll probably get screwed out of it.When things get better I'll update my review.

Gave them 2 stars because at least you can park here at night.Bring a lunch, bring breakfast and your dinner. Typical Cold storage, they take a while to load you people very nice. Close at 5 PM sharp open at 7:30 AM.
